This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Rashid Engineering & Technical Services Co., Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Mechanical Engineer to support the client's ongoing industrial maintenance and process optimisation projects located in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. This document serves as a formal commercial proposal and is intended to be reviewed, approved, and executed in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein. All pricing in this Quotation Estimate is denominated in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and is subject to the validity period stated above.
The Mechanical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and responsibilities at the client's facilities in Saudi Arabia Jeddah:
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance inspections on all mechanical systems, including HVAC units, steam boilers, compressors, pumps, and conveyor systems.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, failure analysis documentation, and corrective action plans for mechanical equipment.
- Design and oversee the installation of new mechanical components and piping systems in compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local Jeddah municipal regulations.
- Perform thermodynamic and fluid-mechanics calculations for process optimisation and energy-efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with electrical, civil, and instrumentation teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabian Standards Organization (SASO) requirements and occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations applicable in Jeddah.
- Provide on-site supervision of third-party contractors performing mechanical works.
- Deliver monthly progress reports to the client's project management office in Jeddah.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:
- Advance Payment: 25% of the Grand Total (SAR 183,568.75) upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- Progress Payments: 60% of the Grand Total (SAR 440,565.00) payable in equal monthly instalments over the 12-month service period.
- Final Payment: 15% of the Grand Total (SAR 110,141.25) payable within 14 working days of successful project handover and final acceptance.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Al-Rashid Engineering & Technical Services Co., Ltd. at Al Rajhi Bank, Jeddah Branch, Saudi Arabia. Invoices shall be issued in Arabic and English.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect market conditions in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- The Mechanical Engineer shall be subject to the client's site safety rules, access control protocols, and all applicable Saudi Arabian labour laws.
- Any work outside the defined scope of this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate change-order Quotation Estimate approved in writing by both parties.
- The Mechanical Engineer shall maintain professional confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, designs, and operational data of the client.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- The Mechanical Engineer shall comply with all environmental regulations set by the National Center for Environmental Compliance (NCEC) in Saudi Arabia.
