This Quotation Estimate is issued by East African Mechanical Engineering Consultants Ltd. to Nile Valley Industrial Projects Ltd. for the provision of comprehensive Mechanical Engineer services in Uganda Kampala. The scope of work encompasses the design, analysis, installation supervision, and commissioning of industrial mechanical systems for the client's new manufacturing facility located along the Entebbe Road corridor in Kampala, Uganda. Our team of certified Mechanical Engineers will deliver all services in full compliance with the Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS), the Uganda National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) regulations, and applicable international engineering codes.

This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment schedule: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement; 40% upon completion of all design and engineering deliverables; 20% upon successful commissioning of all mechanical systems in Kampala; and 10% upon final handover and acceptance of all documentation. All payments shall be made in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) via bank transfer to the account of East African Mechanical Engineering Consultants Ltd. at Stanbic Bank, Kampala Branch, Account No. 0045-8821-3376.
4. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Uganda Kampala.
- All Mechanical Engineer services shall be performed by qualified and registered professionals holding valid licenses from the Engineering Association of Uganda (EAU) and the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB).
- The project timeline for completion of all Mechanical Engineer deliverables is estimated at sixteen (16) weeks from the date of contract commencement, subject to client approvals and site readiness in Kampala.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written variation order and additional cost assessment.
- The Mechanical Engineer team shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations as enforced by the Uganda Occupational Safety and Health Authority (UOSHA) throughout the project duration.
- Intellectual property rights for all design documents, calculations, and engineering drawings produced under this Quotation Estimate shall vest in the client upon full payment.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Kampala, Uganda, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Uganda, 2000.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Mechanical Engineer services in Uganda Kampala and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This acceptance shall serve as the basis for the issuance of a formal Purchase Order and subsequent service agreement.
