Project Scope & DescriptionThis Quotation Estimate is issued by ProTech Engineering Solutions SARL in response to the formal request from Mediterranean Industrial Systems SAS for the engagement of a senior Mechatronics Engineer to oversee the design, integration, and commissioning of an automated production line at the client's manufacturing facility located in France Marseille. The scope of work encompasses the full lifecycle of the mechatronic system, including requirements analysis, mechanical and electrical design, PLC programming, sensor integration, robotic cell configuration, and final on-site commissioning. All deliverables will be executed in strict compliance with French industrial regulations, CE marking requirements, and the applicable standards of the French National Metrology Institute (LNE).

Payment shall be made in four instalments: 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service contract; 30% upon completion of the design and programming phase (Ref 02 & 03); 30% upon successful commissioning and handover (Ref 04 & 05); and the remaining 10% upon expiry of the 6-month warranty period. All payments are to be made by bank transfer to the account of ProTech Engineering Solutions SARL, BIC: CMCIFR2A, IBAN: FR76 3000 4000 0000 0000 0000 000. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the date of issue in accordance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10).
Terms and Conditions1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, labour rates, or applicable French tax regulations.
2. The Mechatronics Engineer assigned to this project holds a Master's degree in Mechatronics from a French engineering school (Grand École) and possesses a minimum of twelve (12) years of professional experience in industrial automation, robotics, and control systems.
3. All work performed in France Marseille and its surrounding regions shall comply with the French Labour Code (Code du travail), the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC as transposed into French law, and the applicable provisions of the French Environmental Code regarding industrial installations.
4. The client agrees to provide safe access to the work site, adequate power supply (400V three-phase), and all necessary permits for the duration of the project. Any delays caused by the client's failure to meet these obligations will result in a proportional extension of the project timeline at no additional cost to ProTech Engineering Solutions SARL.
5. Intellectual property rights on all custom designs, PLC code, and HMI interfaces developed specifically for this project shall vest in the client upon full payment. General methodologies, libraries, and tools remain the property of ProTech Engineering Solutions SARL.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal service agreement. The governing law for this document and any resulting contract shall be French law, and any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Marseille (Tribunal de Commerce de Marseille).
7. ProTech Engineering Solutions SARL maintains professional indemnity insurance with a coverage of €5,000,000 and employer's liability insurance in full compliance with French statutory requirements.
