1. Introduction & Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Apex Mechatronics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in response to the Request for Quotation (RFQ) submitted by Shree Vidyut Automation Industries Pvt. Ltd. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Mechatronics Engineer to deliver end-to-end design, integration, testing, and commissioning services for an automated production line at the client's facility located in the Mumbai metropolitan region. All pricing, terms, and conditions outlined in this Quotation Estimate are specific to the scope of work described herein and are valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue.

2. Scope of Work – Mechatronics Engineer Services

The Mechatronics Engineer assigned to this project will be responsible for the following deliverables and activities:

• System Architecture & Design: Development of a complete mechatronic system architecture integrating mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software components for a 12-station automated assembly line.
• PLC & HMI Programming: Design and implementation of Siemens S7-1500 PLC logic, HMI touch-screen interfaces, and SCADA-level monitoring dashboards tailored to the client's production workflow in Mumbai.
• Electrical & Control Panel Design: Engineering of 415V/3-phase control panels, VFD drives, servo motor controllers, and safety interlock circuits compliant with IS/IEC 61439 and AERB guidelines applicable in India.
• Mechanical Integration: Selection and integration of linear actuators, pneumatic cylinders, conveyor systems, and precision positioning stages to achieve ±0.05 mm repeatability.
• Embedded Software & IoT Connectivity: Development of firmware for microcontroller-based sensor nodes and establishment of OPC-UA / MQTT communication for real-time data logging and remote diagnostics.
• Testing, Commissioning & Handover: On-site FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) at the Bhiwandi facility, followed by a 72-hour continuous run trial, operator training (up to 15 personnel), and complete documentation handover.
• Post-Deployment Support: A 12-month warranty period covering remote troubleshooting, quarterly preventive maintenance visits in the Mumbai area, and priority on-site response within 24 hours.

3. Itemized Cost Breakdown

Grand Total in words: Rupees Twenty Lakh Forty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Only (₹ 20,47,300/-). All rates are exclusive of any third-party hardware procurement unless explicitly stated. Travel and accommodation for the Mechatronics Engineer team within the Mumbai metropolitan area are included in the above rates.

4. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: 30% of the Grand Total (₹ 6,14,190) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Purchase Order.
• Milestone Payment 1: 30% (₹ 6,14,190) upon successful completion of FAT and delivery of all control panels to the site in Bhiwandi, Mumbai.
• Milestone Payment 2: 25% (₹ 5,11,825) upon successful SAT and completion of the 72-hour continuous run trial.
• Final Payment: 15% (₹ 3,07,095) upon completion of operator training, documentation handover, and issuance of the Final Acceptance Certificate.
• All payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account of Apex Mechatronics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as specified in the Purchase Order. Invoices shall be raised in INR and are payable within 15 days of receipt.

5. Terms & Conditions

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, exchange rates, or regulatory requirements in India.
• The project timeline is estimated at 14 weeks from the date of Purchase Order confirmation, subject to timely availability of client-side infrastructure and third-party hardware at the Mumbai site.
• Any change in scope beyond the items listed in Section 2 shall be subject to a separate change-order Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
• The Mechatronics Engineer and support team shall comply with all applicable Indian safety standards, factory acts, and site-specific HSE protocols at the client's facility.
• Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall vest with the client upon full and final payment. Pre-existing IP of Apex Mechatronics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall remain the property of the vendor.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties.

6. Acceptance & Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. The engagement of the Mechatronics Engineer and the commencement of work shall be contingent upon the execution of a formal Purchase Order referencing Quotation No. QTE/2025/MUM/0472.
