This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Nakheel Engineering & Technical Solutions W.L.L. in response to the formal request for proposal received from Al-Rashid Industrial Facilities Co. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Mechatronics Engineer to deliver integrated design, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance services for the client's automated production lines located in Kuwait, Kuwait City. All pricing, terms, and conditions set forth in this Quotation Estimate are binding upon acceptance and are subject to the regulatory framework of the State of Kuwait.

The Mechatronics Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall possess a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in mechatronic systems, PLC/SCADA programming, industrial robotics, and embedded control systems. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following deliverables to be performed on-site in Kuwait, Kuwait City:

Design and development of integrated mechatronic subsystems combining mechanical, electrical, and software components for the client's packaging and assembly lines.
Programming, configuration, and commissioning of Siemens S7-1500 PLCs, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix platforms, and associated HMI/SCADA interfaces.
Installation and calibration of industrial robotic cells (KUKA, FANUC) and servo-driven motion control systems.
Preventive and predictive maintenance scheduling for all mechatronic equipment, including vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and condition monitoring.
Root-cause failure analysis and corrective action reporting for unplanned downtime events.
Technical documentation, as-built drawings, and operator training sessions conducted in Kuwait City.
Compliance verification with Kuwaiti Industrial Safety Standards (KIPSC) and OSHA-equivalent protocols.

Payment shall be made in monthly installments of KWD 10,541.67, due within thirty (30) days of invoice issuance. A mobilization advance of 15% (KWD 18,975.00) shall be payable upon execution of the contract. All payments shall be made in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to the account designated by Al-Nakheel Engineering & Technical Solutions W.L.L., Kuwait City. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Kuwaiti commercial law.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in Kuwait.
The Mechatronics Engineer personnel assigned to this project shall hold valid work permits and civil IDs as required by the Ministry of Social Affairs, State of Kuwait. All visa and residency costs are included in the Quotation Estimate.
All work shall be performed in accordance with the Kuwaiti Building Code, KIPSC safety regulations, and applicable IEC/ISO international standards.
The client shall provide safe working access to all production areas in Kuwait City, including lockout/tagout compliance and PPE as specified in the site safety plan.
Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this Quotation Estimate shall vest in the client upon full payment. General methodologies and proprietary tools remain the property of Al-Nakheel Engineering.
Either party may terminate this agreement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of termination, all completed work shall be invoiced and settled within thirty (30) days.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuwait City under the rules of the Kuwait Dispute Resolution Center.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by a signed Service Agreement.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope, pricing, and terms outlined herein for the engagement of the Mechatronics Engineer team in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
