1. Scope of Work & Service Description
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Seoul Advanced Engineering Solutions Co., Ltd. to provide comprehensive professional services for the engagement of a senior Mechatronics Engineer to support the Hyundai Robotics Division in Seoul, South Korea. The scope encompasses the full-cycle deployment, on-site integration, and ongoing technical consultancy of a qualified Mechatronics Engineer specializing in industrial automation, robotic control systems, embedded firmware development, and precision mechanical-electrical hybrid design.
The Mechatronics Engineer will be stationed at the client's primary facility in the Seoul metropolitan area and will report directly to the Director of Engineering Procurement. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: design and prototyping of mechatronic subsystems for next-generation robotic arms; development and calibration of PLC-based control architectures; integration of sensor arrays (LiDAR, IMU, force-torque) into existing production lines; troubleshooting and optimization of servo-drive systems; preparation of technical documentation compliant with Korean Industrial Standards (KS); and mentoring of junior engineering staff on-site in South Korea Seoul.

3. Payment Schedule
Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following milestones, all denominated in Korean Won (KRW) and payable via bank transfer to the account specified in the contract annex:
- Milestone 1 (30%): Upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Master Service Agreement — KRW 852,720,000
- Milestone 2 (25%): Upon completion of the system audit and delivery of the gap analysis report — KRW 710,600,000
- Milestone 3 (25%): Upon successful commissioning and validation of all mechatronic subsystems on the Seoul production line — KRW 710,600,000
- Milestone 4 (20%): Upon final delivery of documentation, completion of training, and 30-day post-commissioning stability period — KRW 568,480,000
4. Terms & Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in South Korea Seoul.
- The Mechatronics Engineer shall comply with all applicable Korean labor laws, immigration regulations (if applicable), and site-specific safety protocols at the client's Seoul facilities.
- All intellectual property developed under this engagement shall be jointly owned unless otherwise stipulated in the Master Service Agreement.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Seoul metropolitan region, shall suspend obligations without penalty.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) in Seoul, South Korea.
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the agreement for a period of five (5) years.
- Any change in scope exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value requires a written change order signed by both parties.
