The scope of work encompasses the following key deliverables:

• Design and commissioning of three (3) automated assembly lines incorporating PLC-based control systems, servo-driven actuators, and industrial sensor networks.
• Development and deployment of a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system tailored to the operational requirements of the Uzbekistan Tashkent manufacturing plant.
• Mechanical design and prototyping of custom robotic end-effectors and conveyor mechanisms using CAD/CAM software.
• Integration of existing legacy equipment with modern mechatronic subsystems to improve throughput by a minimum of 22 percent.
• Preparation of comprehensive technical documentation, including P&ID diagrams, electrical schematics, firmware source code, and operator training manuals.
• On-site supervision, quality assurance testing, and a 12-month post-commissioning warranty period for all mechatronic systems installed.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via international wire transfer to the account of Tashkent Engineering & Automation Solutions LLP, National Bank of Uzbekistan, Tashkent branch. The payment schedule is as follows:

• 30 percent (USD 59,505.60) – due upon signing of the service agreement and issuance of the purchase order.
• 40 percent (USD 79,340.80) – due upon successful commissioning of the first two automated assembly lines.
• 30 percent (USD 59,505.60) – due upon final acceptance of all deliverables and handover of technical documentation.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
2. All services rendered by the Mechatronics Engineer team shall comply with the national standards of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including but not limited to O'z DSt 2538-2019 (Industrial Automation) and applicable IEC 61131 programming standards.
3. The client shall provide the Mechatronics Engineer with safe access to all relevant production areas, existing technical drawings, and equipment manuals at the Uzbekistan Tashkent facility.
4. Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal change order and additional cost assessment.
5. Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. General methodologies, tools, and pre-existing IP remain the property of Tashkent Engineering & Automation Solutions LLP.
6. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the Tashkent International Arbitration Center.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement referencing this document.
