The Medical Researcher engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall possess a minimum of a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in a relevant biomedical or clinical discipline, with no fewer than eight (8) years of post-doctoral research experience. The candidate must hold valid accreditation recognized by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and be in compliance with all regulatory requirements set forth by the Saudi Ministry of Health and the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) for research conducted in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.

The Medical Researcher shall perform the following duties and deliverables as part of this engagement in Saudi Arabia Riyadh:

• Design and execution of clinical and translational research protocols aligned with Saudi national health priorities.
• Conduct of laboratory-based investigations at accredited facilities within the Riyadh region, including King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre (KFSH&RC) or equivalent institutions.

• Preparation of peer-reviewed manuscripts, research reports, and regulatory submissions for publication and approval.
• Supervision of junior research personnel, graduate students, and laboratory technicians assigned to the project.
• Participation in ethics committee reviews and compliance with the Saudi National Committee for Medical and Health Research (NCMHR) guidelines.
• Delivery of a minimum of two (2) comprehensive progress reports per quarter and one (1) final research report upon project completion.
• Attendance at relevant medical conferences and symposiums held in Riyadh to present findings and maintain professional networking.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly installments as follows:

• Advance Payment (30%): Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to the commencement of the Medical Researcher's duties in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. Amount: SAR 370,012.50.
• Second Installment (25%): Due at the end of the third (3rd) month of engagement. Amount: SAR 308,343.75.
• Third Installment (25%): Due at the end of the sixth (6th) month of engagement. Amount: SAR 308,343.75.
• Final Installment (20%): Due upon successful delivery of the final research report and acceptance by the client. Amount: SAR 246,675.00.

All payments shall be remitted via bank transfer to the designated account of the service provider. Late payments exceeding fifteen (15) calendar days from the due date shall incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with commercial practice in Saudi Arabia.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
• The Medical Researcher shall adhere to all applicable Saudi Arabian laws, including the Saudi Labor Law, the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and all regulations issued by the Saudi Ministry of Health.
• All intellectual property, research data, and publications generated during the term of this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and the service provider, unless otherwise stipulated in a separate Intellectual Property Agreement.
• The client reserves the right to request a change in scope, which shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written consent.
• Either party may terminate this agreement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all costs incurred up to the date of termination, plus a 10% administrative fee.
• Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of this agreement for a period of five (5) years.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and all terms are mutually agreed upon in writing.
