This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atmospheric Solutions NZ Ltd to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Meteorologist to deliver specialised atmospheric and weather-related services for the Wynyard Quarter Coastal Development project located in New Zealand Auckland. The Meteorologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate will operate in full compliance with the New Zealand Meteorological Service (MetService) guidelines, the New Zealand Building Code (NZBC), and all relevant local council regulations governing construction in the Auckland region.
The Meteorologist will be responsible for conducting a full seasonal weather risk assessment specific to the New Zealand Auckland coastal environment, including but not limited to the analysis of prevailing westerly wind patterns, cyclonic storm frequency, tidal surge interactions, and the increasing frequency of extreme weather events associated with the El Niño–Southern Oscillation (ENSO) cycle as it affects the Auckland isthmus and Hauraki Gulf region.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Meteorologist service rates and total Quotation Estimate amount may be subject to revision based on market conditions and availability of the Meteorologist in New Zealand Auckland.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the Weather Risk Assessment Report, and the remaining 30% upon final handover of all Meteorologist deliverables.
- All services will be performed by a qualified Meteorologist registered with the New Zealand Meteorological Society and holding current professional indemnity insurance of no less than NZD $10,000,000.
- The Meteorologist will comply with all health and safety requirements under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (New Zealand) while on-site in New Zealand Auckland.
- Any additional Meteorologist services requested beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written variation and additional Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by the Meteorologist's authorised representative.
- All data, reports, and deliverables produced by the Meteorologist under this Quotation Estimate remain the intellectual property of Atmospheric Solutions NZ Ltd until full payment has been received.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and under the jurisdiction of the District Court of Auckland, New Zealand.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Meteorologist services to be delivered in New Zealand Auckland. The Meteorologist will commence work within five (5) business days of receiving the initial deposit.
