This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in the Nigerian Naira exchange rate or changes in operational costs in Nigeria Lagos.
All prices quoted in this Quotation Estimate are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of all professional fees for the Meteorologist team, travel within Nigeria Lagos, and standard equipment usage.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the Climate Risk Assessment Report, and 30% upon successful commissioning of the weather monitoring stations in Nigeria Lagos.
The Meteorologist team shall report directly to the designated LMDA project officer and shall attend all scheduled coordination meetings within the Nigeria Lagos administrative zone.
Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
All meteorological data, forecasts, and reports produced by the Meteorologist team shall remain the intellectual property of the client (LMDA) upon full payment.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, with the seat of arbitration in Nigeria Lagos.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions stated herein for the engagement of the Meteorologist services in Nigeria Lagos.
