- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in operational costs, exchange rates, or resource availability.
- All services described herein shall be performed by a qualified Meteorologist holding a minimum of a Master's degree in Meteorology or Atmospheric Sciences, with at least eight (8) years of professional experience in the Southern African region, with specific expertise in the Zimbabwe Harare climatic zone.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the first six (6) months of service delivery, and 30% upon successful completion of the full twelve-month contract period.
- All forecasts, alerts, and climate reports issued by the Meteorologist are advisory in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of weather outcomes. The client acknowledges that meteorological predictions inherently carry a degree of uncertainty.
- The Meteorologist and supporting team shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Zimbabwe Meteorological Services Department (ZIMSTAT) and the Environmental Management Agency (EMA) of Zimbabwe.
- Confidentiality: All data, reports, and proprietary information exchanged under this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from both parties.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date as itemized in this Quotation Estimate.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather events, civil unrest, or government-imposed restrictions within Zimbabwe Harare.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of Meteorologist services in Zimbabwe Harare.
