The Midwife engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a licensed professional registered with the Guangzhou Municipal Health Bureau, holding a valid Midwifery Practice Certificate (Category A) and a minimum of eight (8) years of clinical experience in obstetric and neonatal care. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to:

• Prenatal Care: A minimum of twelve (12) scheduled antenatal consultations conducted at the client's residence or at our clinic in Tianhe District, China Guangzhou. Each session includes vital sign monitoring, fetal heart rate assessment, nutritional counseling, and preparation for ultrasound referrals.
• Intrapartum Support: Full labor and delivery assistance by the assigned Midwife at the designated birthing facility (Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital or client's preferred hospital). This includes continuous one-on-one support, pain management guidance, and emergency escalation protocols.
• Postnatal Care: Eight (8) postpartum home visits within the first six weeks after delivery, covering maternal recovery assessment, newborn physical examinations, breastfeeding support, and neonatal jaundice monitoring.
• Emergency On-Call: 24/7 telephone and in-person emergency response available throughout the entire pregnancy and postpartum period within the administrative boundaries of China Guangzhou.
• Documentation & Reporting: Preparation of a comprehensive midwifery care record, birth plan documentation, and a final postnatal summary report in both English and Mandarin Chinese.

The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be paid as follows:

• 30% deposit (¥14,039.70) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
• 40% interim payment (¥18,719.60) due at the 28th week of gestation.
• 30% final balance (¥14,039.70) due within fourteen (14) calendar days following the completion of the last postnatal visit.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the company account held at China Merchants Bank, Guangzhou Branch. The Midwife service provider shall issue a formal VAT invoice (fapiao) for each payment received, in compliance with the tax regulations of the People's Republic of China.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing is subject to revision based on prevailing market rates in China Guangzhou.
• The assigned Midwife shall be a female practitioner with a valid practice license. In the event of illness or unavailability, a substitute Midwife of equivalent or superior qualification shall be provided at no additional cost.
• All services are to be rendered within the administrative jurisdiction of China Guangzhou. Travel to locations outside the municipal boundary (e.g., Foshan, Zhongshan) will incur additional charges as per a separate addendum.
• The client agrees to provide accurate medical history and to attend all scheduled prenatal appointments. Cancellation of a session with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include hospital admission fees, surgical procedures (e.g., cesarean section), anesthesia, or pharmaceutical costs, which are billed directly by the hospital.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation under the Guangzhou Municipal Arbitration Commission, or failing that, through the competent People's Court in Tianhe District, China Guangzhou.
• Confidentiality of all client medical records is guaranteed under the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL, effective 1 November 2021).
