Scope of Midwife Services — Russia MoscowThis Quotation Estimate is issued by MaternaCare Moscow LLC to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with professional Midwife services delivered within the city of Russia Moscow and its immediate metropolitan area. The services outlined below are designed to support expectant mothers and newborns through every critical stage of pregnancy, labour, delivery, and the postpartum period. All midwifery care is conducted in full compliance with the regulations established by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the standards set forth by the Russian Association of Midwives.
The Midwife assigned to your care will hold a minimum of ten (10) years of clinical experience in obstetric and neonatal practice, with specific training in high-risk pregnancies, pain management, and evidence-based birthing techniques. All services are available at our fully equipped clinic on Tverskaya Street, at the client's private residence within Moscow city limits, or at partner hospitals including the Moscow City Clinical Hospital No. 1 and the Perinatal Center of the DZM (Department of Health of Moscow).

The total amount of this Quotation Estimate shall be payable as follows:
- 30% advance payment (85,248 RUB) upon acceptance of this quotation, due within five (5) business days.
- 40% interim payment (113,664 RUB) due at the 36th week of confirmed pregnancy.
- 30% final payment (85,248 RUB) due within seven (7) calendar days following the completion of all postpartum Midwife visits.
Payments may be made via bank transfer to the account of MaternaCare Moscow LLC (Sberbank, Moscow branch, Account No. 40702810XXXXXXXXXXXX, BIC: SABRRUMM) or by cash at our Moscow office. A formal invoice (счёт) will be issued prior to each payment milestone in accordance with Russian Federation tax law.
4. Terms & Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices are subject to re-evaluation based on current market rates in Russia Moscow.
- The assigned Midwife will remain the primary caregiver throughout the engagement unless a medical or professional conflict necessitates reassignment, in which case a replacement of equal or greater qualification will be provided at no additional cost.
- All Midwife services are performed in strict adherence to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 323-FZ "On the Basics of Health Protection of Citizens in the Russian Federation" and the professional standards for midwifery practice.
- Client confidentiality is guaranteed under Article 13 of Federal Law No. 323-FZ. All medical records and personal data are stored in compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data."
- In the event of a medical emergency requiring transfer to a hospital in Russia Moscow, the Midwife will accompany the client and coordinate with the receiving medical team. Emergency transport costs are not included in this Quotation Estimate.
- Cancellation by the client prior to the 28th week of pregnancy incurs a 15% administrative fee on the total quoted amount. Cancellation after the 28th week incurs a 40% fee.
- Any additional services requested beyond the scope of this Quotation Estimate will be documented in a supplementary agreement and priced at the standard MaternaCare Moscow rate card.
- This Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding offer. Acceptance is confirmed by the client's written signature and the remittance of the advance payment.
