This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Nil Maternity & Midwifery Center to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of all professional Midwife services to be rendered to the client in the Sudan Khartoum region. The purpose of this document is to outline the scope of care, associated costs, payment schedules, and applicable terms governing the engagement of our qualified Midwife team. All pricing in this Quotation Estimate reflects current market rates for maternal and perinatal healthcare services available in Sudan Khartoum as of the date of issue.

The following Midwife services are included in this Quotation Estimate and are designed to support the client throughout the entire pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum period. All services will be delivered by a licensed and certified Midwife operating under the regulatory framework of the Sudanese Ministry of Health and the Sudanese Midwives Association. The Midwife assigned to this case will hold a minimum of five years of clinical experience in obstetric and neonatal care within the Sudan Khartoum healthcare system.

The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be paid according to the following schedule:

30% deposit (15,978 SDG) – due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Midwife's schedule.
40% (21,304 SDG) – due at the 36th week of gestation, prior to the expected delivery date.
30% balance (15,978 SDG) – due within 7 days following the postpartum home visits.

Payment may be made via bank transfer to the Al-Nil Maternity & Midwifery Center account at Bank of Khartoum (Sudan Khartoum branch), or in person at our reception. All transactions will be documented with official receipts.

Important Conditions Governing This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for Midwife services in Sudan Khartoum may be subject to revision due to inflation, supply costs, or regulatory changes.
The Midwife services described herein are contingent upon the client's medical suitability for a normal vaginal delivery. In the event of a medical complication requiring obstetrician intervention or cesarean section, additional fees will apply and a revised Quotation Estimate will be issued prior to any additional procedure.
All Midwife consultations and procedures will be conducted in compliance with the Sudanese National Health Standards and the ethical code of the Sudanese Midwives Association.
The client acknowledges that the Midwife operates as a primary maternal care provider and that emergency surgical intervention, if required, will be coordinated with the nearest Sudan Khartoum hospital (Omdurman Maternity Hospital or Khartoum Teaching Hospital).
Cancellation by the client after the 28th week of pregnancy will result in forfeiture of the initial 30% deposit. Cancellation before the 28th week will incur a 50% administrative fee.
All medical records generated during the engagement of the Midwife will be retained for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with Sudanese health data regulations.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of medical outcomes. The Midwife and the center shall act in accordance with the standard of care prevailing in Sudan Khartoum at the time of service delivery.

By signing below, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Midwife services in Sudan Khartoum. The client agrees to the payment schedule and acknowledges the scope of care provided by the assigned Midwife.
