This Quotation Estimate is prepared by Saigon Maternal Care & Midwifery Services Co., Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of professional Midwife services to be delivered in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. Our certified Midwife team operates in full compliance with the Ministry of Health of Vietnam regulations and the standards set by the International Confederation of Midwives (ICM). The services outlined below cover the complete continuum of antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care for the client throughout her pregnancy and the first six weeks after delivery.

All Midwife consultations and procedures will take place at our fully equipped clinic located in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, or at the client's private residence within the administrative boundaries of Ho Chi Minh City, as specified in the service agreement. The Midwife assigned to this case will hold a valid Vietnamese midwifery license, a minimum of eight years of clinical experience, and current certification in emergency obstetric care.

Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all Midwife service rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Ho Chi Minh City.
Payment for the initial Midwife Consultation and Antenatal Visits (Items 1–3) is due within seven (7) business days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The Midwife-Led Labor & Delivery fee (Item 4) is payable in two installments: 50% upon confirmation of the expected due date and 50% within 48 hours following delivery.
All Midwife services are subject to the client's medical suitability as determined during the initial risk assessment. In the event that the Midwife identifies a high-risk condition requiring transfer to a specialist obstetric hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, additional hospital fees will be billed separately and are not included in this Quotation Estimate.
The 24/7 Emergency On-Call Service (Item 6) is included for the duration of the pregnancy and the first six weeks postpartum. Activation of the emergency response incurs no additional Midwife fee; however, any ambulance transport costs within Ho Chi Minh City will be at the client's expense.
Cancellation of scheduled Midwife appointments must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at 50% of the applicable session fee.
All Midwife services are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, including the Law on Health Care of Individuals (2023) and the relevant decrees of the Ministry of Health. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and stamped the formal Service Agreement. The Midwife service provider reserves the right to decline service if the client fails to provide accurate medical history or consents to the care plan.
Confidentiality: All patient records, Midwife consultation notes, and personal data collected during the provision of services in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City shall be handled in strict accordance with Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law (2023) and shall not be disclosed to third parties without the client's written consent.
