This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atlas Security & Defence Consulting SARL to provide a comprehensive and itemized financial proposal for the engagement of a qualified Military Officer to deliver specialized security, training, and operational advisory services within the city of Morocco Casablanca and its surrounding metropolitan area. This document outlines the full scope of deliverables, associated costs, payment schedules, and contractual terms governing the proposed engagement.

The Military Officer proposed for this assignment holds a minimum of fifteen (15) years of active service experience in the Royal Moroccan Armed Forces (FAR), with specialized expertise in executive protection, tactical security planning, crisis management, and institutional security training. The officer has completed advanced certifications from NATO partner institutions and holds a valid Moroccan security clearance at the "Secret" level, as required for operations within sensitive zones of Morocco Casablanca.

The following services constitute the complete scope of work covered under this Quotation Estimate for the deployment of the Military Officer in Morocco Casablanca:

Executive and Corporate Security Advisory: The Military Officer shall conduct a full threat assessment of the client's premises, personnel, and operational assets located in Casablanca. This includes risk mapping, vulnerability analysis, and the development of a tailored security operations plan compliant with Moroccan regulatory frameworks.
Tactical Training Program: Design and delivery of a 12-week tactical training curriculum for the client's internal security team. Modules will cover close protection techniques, convoy operations, active threat response, and emergency evacuation procedures specific to the urban environment of Morocco Casablanca.
Operational Security Consulting: Ongoing advisory support (minimum 16 hours per month) for the client's security operations, including quarterly security posture reviews, incident response planning, and coordination with local Moroccan law enforcement and gendarmerie authorities in Casablanca.
Event Security Planning: Development of security protocols for up to four (4) major corporate or diplomatic events per quarter held in the Casablanca metropolitan area, including venue assessment, access control design, and real-time operational command.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a 30% advance payment (MAD 877,320) due upon contract signature; 40% (MAD 1,169,760) due at the midpoint of the engagement (month 6); and the remaining 30% (MAD 877,320) due upon completion of the 12-month service period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Atlas Security & Defence Consulting SARL, Bank Al-Maghrib, Casablanca branch. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Moroccan fiscal regulations (Facture conforme à la réglementation fiscale marocaine).

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing is subject to revision based on market conditions and exchange rate fluctuations.
The Military Officer assigned to this contract shall operate under the direct operational authority of the client's designated security director while remaining contractually bound to Atlas Security & Defence Consulting SARL.
All services shall be performed in full compliance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, including but not limited to Law 03-03 on the right to privacy, Law 29-08 on the protection of personal data, and applicable military and security regulations governing operations in Morocco Casablanca.
The client agrees to provide the Military Officer with reasonable access to all relevant premises, documentation, and personnel necessary to execute the scope of work described herein.
Confidentiality: All information exchanged under this engagement is classified as strictly confidential. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of services.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-imposed restrictions within Casablanca.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Military Officer in Morocco Casablanca. This signature constitutes formal acceptance and authorizes Atlas Security & Defence Consulting SARL to proceed with mobilization upon receipt of the advance payment.
