This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by the undersigned Military Officer in response to the written request received on 28 May 2025 from Lagos Corporate Security Group Ltd. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemised cost breakdown for the provision of professional security consultancy, tactical training, and operational oversight services to be delivered within the Nigeria Lagos metropolitan area. All figures presented in this Quotation Estimate are based on current market rates applicable to Nigeria Lagos as of the date of issue and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Section 6 below.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: a non-refundable mobilisation fee of 30% (NGN 11,613,225) is due within seven (7) business days of the client's written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 70% shall be invoiced in three equal monthly instalments, payable within fourteen (14) days of each invoice date. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Military Officer's registered business entity. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide all necessary access to facilities in Nigeria Lagos, adequate training space (minimum 500 square metres), and that all personnel to be trained will be available on the scheduled dates. This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of procurement of weapons, ammunition, or specialised tactical equipment, which shall be sourced separately by the client. Any additional services beyond the scope defined herein will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Military Officer prior to commencement.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between the Military Officer and the client for the services described, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Section 6. The client is requested to sign and return a copy of this document to confirm acceptance.
- All services shall be performed in full compliance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the Lagos State Security Act, and applicable regulations governing private security operations in Nigeria Lagos.
- The Military Officer reserves the right to withdraw from any engagement if the client fails to maintain a valid private security licence issued by the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC).
- Confidentiality: All information, site plans, and operational details obtained during the engagement in Nigeria Lagos shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to civil unrest, government-imposed curfews, or natural disasters affecting Nigeria Lagos.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Nigeria Lagos, and failing that, through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004).
- Insurance: The Military Officer shall maintain professional indemnity and public liability insurance with a minimum cover of NGN 50,000,000 for the duration of the contract.
