This Quotation Estimate is issued by Thailand Bangkok Executive Protection Group Co., Ltd. to provide a comprehensive, itemized financial projection for the engagement of a qualified Military Officer to deliver executive protection, security advisory, and operational coordination services within the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan region. This document serves as a formal commercial proposal and does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. All pricing within this Quotation Estimate is based on current market rates in Thailand Bangkok as of the date of issue and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
The Military Officer proposed for this engagement holds a minimum rank equivalent to Major (or above) in a recognized national armed forces, with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of active and/or reserve service. The Military Officer shall possess demonstrated expertise in close personal protection, threat assessment, convoy operations, crisis management, and liaison with Thai Royal Police and relevant government authorities in Thailand Bangkok. The Military Officer will operate under the direct operational command of the Client's designated security coordinator and will comply with all applicable Thai laws, including the National Security Act, the Firearms Act B.E. 2490, and the Foreign Business Act as applicable.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Thai Baht (THB) via bank transfer to the account designated by Thailand Bangkok Executive Protection Group Co., Ltd. The payment schedule is structured as follows: (a) 30% advance payment upon execution of the service agreement; (b) 50% payable in equal monthly installments over the twelve-month engagement period; (c) 20% final payment due within fourteen (14) days of successful completion of the final service period. All invoices referenced in this Quotation Estimate are payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under Thai commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Thereafter, all rates for the Military Officer engagement in Thailand Bangkok are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions.
- The Military Officer assigned to this engagement shall not be reassigned without the prior written consent of the Client. In the event of reassignment, a replacement of equivalent or superior rank and experience shall be provided at no additional cost.
- All operations conducted by the Military Officer within Thailand Bangkok shall strictly adhere to Thai national security regulations, local ordinances of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, and the terms of the applicable work permit and non-immigrant visa.
- The Client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate covers the services of one (1) primary Military Officer. Additional personnel, extended operational hours beyond 12 hours per day, or deployment outside the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan area (defined as a 50-kilometer radius from the Grand Palace) shall be quoted separately.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a cancellation fee of 15% of the remaining contract value.
- Thailand Bangkok Executive Protection Group Co., Ltd. shall maintain comprehensive professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance with a minimum coverage of THB 50,000,000 for all Military Officer operations conducted in Thailand Bangkok.
- All information exchanged in connection with this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Thai data protection regulations (PDPA B.E. 2562).
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangkok, Thailand.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Military Officer in Thailand Bangkok. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the basis for the formal Service Agreement to be executed within ten (10) business days.
