The scope encompasses the following deliverables:

• Operational Security Advisory: The Military Officer shall conduct comprehensive security assessments of the Client's facilities, personnel movement routes, and operational sites across both the European and Asian sides of Istanbul, Turkey. This includes risk mapping, vulnerability analysis, and the development of a tailored security posture plan.
• Threat Intelligence Briefings: Weekly and ad-hoc threat intelligence briefings specific to the Turkey Istanbul region, covering geopolitical developments, local security conditions, and potential risks to the Client's personnel and assets.
• Executive Protection Coordination: The Military Officer will design and oversee a layered protection framework for senior Client executives, including route planning, safe-house identification, and emergency evacuation protocols within the Istanbul metropolitan area.
• Security Force Liaison: Acting as the primary liaison between the Client and relevant Turkish security authorities, the Military Officer will facilitate coordination with local law enforcement, municipal security offices, and, where applicable, military liaison channels in Turkey Istanbul.
• Training and Drills: Quarterly security awareness training sessions and emergency response drills for Client staff operating in Turkey Istanbul, led directly by the assigned Military Officer.
• Reporting: Monthly written security reports and a final comprehensive debrief upon completion of the engagement period.

* All amounts are exclusive of applicable Turkish Value Added Tax (KDV) and any withholding tax obligations as determined by the Republic of Turkey's tax authorities. A separate tax invoice will be issued upon contract execution.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing and availability of the specified Military Officer may be subject to revision.
• The Military Officer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall operate in strict compliance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, including but not limited to the Turkish Penal Code, the Law on Private Security Services, and all applicable regulations governing foreign nationals performing security-related functions in Turkey Istanbul.
• Payment shall be made in two equal installments: 50% upon contract signature and 50% upon completion of the third month of service. All payments shall be made via wire transfer to the account designated in the executed contract.
• The Client acknowledges that the Military Officer's services are advisory and coordination in nature. The Military Officer does not carry a weapon unless specifically authorized in writing by the Client and in full compliance with Turkish firearms legislation.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Client shall be liable for all costs incurred up to the termination date, including non-recoverable logistics and travel expenses for the Military Officer in Turkey Istanbul.
• All information exchanged under this Quotation Estimate and any subsequent contract shall be treated as strictly confidential. Neither party shall disclose the terms, the identity of the Military Officer, or operational details to any third party without prior written consent.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties before any services commence.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes DSAG to proceed with the engagement of the specified Military Officer for the services described herein, to be delivered in Turkey Istanbul, subject to the terms and conditions outlined above.
