This Quotation Estimate is issued by Britannia Executive Security & Consultancy Ltd. in response to the formal request for proposal submitted by Meridian Corporate Group Ltd. on 28 May 2025. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemised financial estimate for the engagement of a qualified Military Officer to deliver executive protection, corporate security advisory, and operational planning services within the United Kingdom London metropolitan area and its surrounding districts.
The Military Officer proposed for this engagement holds the rank of Major (Retired) in the British Army, with over twenty-two years of active service including deployments in operational theatres, and possesses SIA (Security Industry Authority) Level 4 Managerial Award certification. The officer will operate under the direct operational authority of the client's designated security coordinator while maintaining full compliance with all applicable United Kingdom legislation, including the Private Security Services Act 2001 and the Data Protection Act 2018.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates and availability of the proposed Military Officer will be required.
- All rates quoted are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of the Military Officer's professional fees, specialist equipment, and operational overheads as itemised above. Any services outside the defined scope of this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charge.
- The Military Officer shall operate in strict accordance with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) licensing framework and all relevant United Kingdom legislation. The client acknowledges that the Military Officer is engaged as a specialist consultant and not as a direct employee of Britannia Executive Security & Consultancy Ltd.
- Payment terms: 25% advance deposit upon execution of the service agreement; the remaining 75% shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice date. Late payments shall attract interest at a rate of 2% per month above the Bank of England base rate.
- The Military Officer shall maintain a minimum of 48 hours' prior notice for any scheduled absence, except in cases of emergency or force majeure. In the event of absence, a suitably qualified replacement officer of equivalent rank and experience shall be deployed at no additional cost to the client.
- All operational data, threat assessments, and security plans produced by the Military Officer within the United Kingdom London area shall be treated as strictly confidential and the intellectual property of the client. Britannia Executive Security & Consultancy Ltd. shall not disclose any such information to third parties without written consent.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement has been executed by both parties. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final negotiation.
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in London, United Kingdom, in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
By signing below, the client confirms that this Quotation Estimate has been reviewed, understood, and accepted in full. The engagement of the Military Officer for the services described herein, to be delivered within the United Kingdom London operational area, shall commence on the date specified in the subsequent Service Agreement.
