• Pre-event sound check and venue acoustics assessment to be conducted no later than two (2) hours prior to the scheduled performance in Afghanistan Kabul.
• Provision of all necessary musical instruments, amplification equipment, microphones, and stage lighting as required for the Musician's performance.
• Rehearsal session (one full day) to be held at the client's designated location in Kabul, Afghanistan, prior to the main event.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Musician team are subject to revision.
• Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate as a binding contract. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable within seven (7) business days following the completion of the final performance in Afghanistan Kabul.
• All payments shall be made via international wire transfer to the account designated by Harmonia International Arts & Events Co. No cash transactions will be accepted for this engagement.

• Any changes to the scope of services, event dates, or venue location within Afghanistan Kabul must be communicated in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event. Modifications may result in a revised Quotation Estimate.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Upon mutual signature, it shall serve as the governing agreement for the Musician engagement in Afghanistan Kabul.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to political instability, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions in Afghanistan Kabul, shall exempt both parties from liability for non-performance.
• All intellectual property rights to original compositions performed by the Musician remain with the performing artist. The client receives a non-exclusive license to use the recorded audio summary for internal purposes only.
