The Musician engagement covers a live musical performance comprising a solo artist accompanied by a four-piece backing band, delivering a curated set of Bengali classical, contemporary pop, and international fusion pieces tailored to the client's event theme. The Musician will be responsible for all vocal and instrumental performance, on-stage coordination, and brief interaction with the audience as directed by the event programme.

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate for Musician services in Bangladesh Dhaka is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised due to market fluctuations in the local entertainment industry.
- Payment Terms: A non-refundable advance of 50% (BDT 187,450) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 50% (BDT 187,450) shall be settled within seven (7) working days following the successful completion of the Musician performance.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date will incur a 25% penalty on the total Quotation Estimate amount. Cancellation within fourteen days will result in forfeiture of the full advance payment.
- Musician Availability: The Lead Musician and full band are confirmed for the stated event date. In the unlikely event of illness or force majeure, SoundWave Musician Services Ltd. shall provide an equivalent-calibre replacement Musician at no additional cost.
- Venue Requirements: The client is responsible for providing a suitable stage (minimum 6m x 4m), power supply (dedicated 220V circuits), and access for the Musician team and equipment crew at least three hours before the scheduled performance.
- Intellectual Property: All custom compositions created under this Quotation Estimate shall be the joint intellectual property of the Musician and the client, with mutual consent required for commercial reproduction.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
- Tax Compliance: All amounts are inclusive of applicable Bangladesh Goods and Services Tax (GST/VAT) at the prevailing rate of 15%. A valid VAT invoice will be issued upon full payment.
