The services described herein encompass the full scope of musical performance, technical support, and logistical coordination required to deliver an exceptional live experience for the client's diplomatic gala.
The primary Musician engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a classically trained pianist and composer with over fifteen years of professional performance experience in Brazil Brasília and internationally. The Musician will lead a five-piece ensemble comprising a string quartet (two violins, one viola, one cello) and a professional pianist, delivering a curated program of Brazilian classical compositions, contemporary chamber works, and selected international repertoire tailored to the diplomatic nature of the event.

Terms and Conditions
1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all prices and availability of the Musician and ensemble members are subject to revision without prior notice.
2. Payment terms: 50% (R$ 40,600.00) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate via bank transfer (PIX or TED) to the account of Brasília Sound & Arts Productions. The remaining 50% (R$ 40,600.00) shall be due no later than five (5) business days prior to the event date.
3. The Musician and ensemble are entitled to a minimum of two (2) hours of uninterrupted rehearsal at the venue in Brazil Brasília on the day of the event, beginning at 14:00 BRT. The client agrees to provide full access to the performance space and the grand piano during this period.
4. Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before the event date will incur a 25% fee. Cancellations between fifteen (15) and thirty (30) days will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within fifteen (15) days of the event date will result in full payment of the Quotation Estimate total.
5. The Musician reserves the right to refuse performance in conditions that pose a risk to personal safety or instrument integrity. In such cases, a rescheduling will be arranged at no additional cost to the client.
6. All intellectual property rights to the custom-composed piece (Item 06) shall be jointly owned by the Musician and the client, with mutual written consent required for any public performance, recording, or commercial exploitation beyond the original event in Brazil Brasília.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for catering, floral arrangements, or additional venue modifications beyond those specified in the scope of services. Any additional requests will be quoted separately.
8. All services are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Brazil, with jurisdiction in the courts of Brasília – DF, Brazil.
Note: This Quotation Estimate reflects the current market rates for professional Musician services in Brazil Brasília as of June 2025. The client is advised to confirm the final availability of the lead Musician and ensemble members no later than 10 July 2025 to secure the engagement for the specified event date.Prepared by:
