Thank you for your inquiry regarding professional Musician services for the upcoming "Beijing Autumn Cultural Festival" scheduled to take place in China Beijing from 12 to 18 September 2025. This Quotation Estimate has been prepared in full accordance with your requirements and reflects our comprehensive understanding of the artistic, logistical, and regulatory obligations associated with engaging a Musician for a multi-day public performance event in the capital region of China.
We are pleased to present this detailed Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a principal Musician—specifically a classical pianist and ensemble director—along with a supporting quartet of string players, to perform at the designated venues within China Beijing. All pricing below is inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 6% for cultural and artistic services as mandated by the State Taxation Administration of the People's Republic of China.
This Quotation Estimate covers the following services rendered by the Musician and accompanying ensemble in China Beijing:
- Seven (7) consecutive days of live performance at the Beijing National Centre for the Performing Arts and the 798 Art District open-air stage.
- Two (2) full rehearsal sessions per day, each lasting 90 minutes, conducted at the client's designated rehearsal facility in Haidian District, Beijing.
- Pre-production consultation meetings (minimum three) to align the Musician's repertoire with the thematic requirements of the festival in China Beijing.
- Provision of all personal musical instruments, sheet music, and performance attire by the Musician.

This Quotation Estimate for Musician services in China Beijing shall be settled according to the following schedule:
- 30% Advance Payment (CNY 161,397): Due within five (5) business days of written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, to be transferred via bank wire to our corporate account at Bank of China, Beijing Chaoyang Branch.
- 40% Progress Payment (CNY 215,196): Due upon completion of the third (3rd) performance day in China Beijing, confirmed by a signed attendance sheet from the client's project manager.
- 30% Final Payment (CNY 161,397): Due within ten (10) business days following the final performance day and submission of all required documentation, including the performance completion certificate issued by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Musician and ensemble may be subject to revision based on market conditions in China Beijing.
- The Musician reserves the right to reschedule up to one (1) performance day with a minimum of 72 hours' written notice in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather, public health directives, or government-ordered venue closures in China Beijing.
- All intellectual property rights to original compositions performed by the Musician remain the sole property of the artist. The client may record and distribute audio/video of the performances in China Beijing solely for archival and promotional purposes, subject to prior written consent.
- The client is responsible for securing all venue permits, crowd management, and public safety arrangements at the performance locations in China Beijing. Harmony East Music & Entertainment Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any third-party claims arising from venue infrastructure or local authority actions.
- Any changes to the scope of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional performance days, extended rehearsal hours, or changes to the Musician's repertoire will be billed at the rates specified herein or at mutually agreed supplementary rates.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) in accordance with its then-current rules.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Musician services in China Beijing and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
