- Live performance by a full ensemble of up to eight (8) professional musicians, including lead vocalist, string section (violin, cello), woodwind (flute, clarinet), percussion, keyboard, and bass guitar.
- Pre-event rehearsal sessions (minimum two full rehearsals) to be conducted at a registered studio in the Zamalek or Maadi district of Cairo.
- Custom musical arrangement and composition tailored to the client's event theme, cultural context, and audience profile specific to the Egyptian market.
- On-site sound check and audio-visual coordination with the venue's technical team in Cairo.
- Performance duration of up to four (4) hours per event day, inclusive of two fifteen-minute intermissions.
- Post-event delivery of a recorded audio file (WAV and MP3 formats) of the live performance for the client's archival purposes.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows: a non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the grand total, amounting to EGP 72,105, is due upon acceptance of this quotation and execution of the service agreement. The remaining fifty percent (50%), amounting to EGP 72,105, shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the final performance date. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Al-Nile Musician Collective held at a licensed Egyptian financial institution. Late payments shall incur a penalty of two percent (2%) per month on the outstanding balance.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Egypt Cairo.
- All Musician personnel engaged under this quotation are independent contractors of Al-Nile Musician Collective and are not employees of the client. The client assumes no employer liability.
- The client is responsible for providing a suitable performance venue within Egypt Cairo that meets the technical requirements specified in the attached technical rider, including adequate stage space, power supply, and climate control.
- Any changes to the scope of work, performance duration, or venue location within Cairo must be communicated in writing at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled event. Additional charges may apply for last-minute modifications.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, severe weather conditions affecting Cairo, or public health emergencies, shall exempt both parties from performance obligations without penalty.
- All intellectual property rights in the custom musical arrangements and compositions created under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. The Musician ensemble retains the right to reference the collaboration in their professional portfolio.
- This quotation is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Cairo in accordance with the Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994.
- The client acknowledges that the Musician services are subject to the cultural and regulatory standards of the Egyptian Ministry of Culture and any applicable local municipal permits required for public performances in Cairo.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Musician ensemble in Egypt Cairo. This document, once countersigned by both parties, constitutes a binding service agreement.
