1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Musician may be subject to revision. The client is advised to confirm the engagement in writing within the validity period to secure the Musician's availability in Italy Rome.

2. Payment Terms: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be due upon acceptance and signing of the service contract. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable within fifteen (15) business days following the completion of the Musician's performance in Italy Rome. Payment shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account details provided on the official invoice.

3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of the Musician's engagement by the client more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event in Rome shall result in a cancellation fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount. Cancellation between seven (7) and fourteen (14) days prior shall incur a fee of fifty percent (50%). Cancellation less than seven (7) days prior to the event, or a no-show, shall result in the full amount of this Quotation Estimate being due and payable.

4. Musician Availability and Substitution: In the unlikely event that the contracted Musician is unable to perform due to documented illness or force majeure, Armonia Roma Music Services S.r.l. shall provide a substitute Musician of equivalent or superior caliber at no additional cost to the client. The substitute shall be confirmed in writing no later than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled performance in Italy Rome.

5. Venue Requirements: The client shall ensure that the performance venue in Italy Rome is adequately prepared, including but not limited to: appropriate stage or performance area, adequate lighting, power supply (220V, 50Hz), and compliance with all local Italian and Roman municipal regulations regarding noise levels, public assembly, and entertainment permits. The Musician is not responsible for obtaining venue-specific permits unless explicitly stated in this Quotation Estimate.

6. Intellectual Property: All musical compositions, arrangements, and recordings created by the Musician specifically for the client's event in Italy Rome shall remain the intellectual property of the Musician or Armonia Roma Music Services S.r.l., unless a separate written agreement is executed. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use audio or video recordings of the performance for personal and promotional purposes only.

7. Insurance and Liability: The Musician and Armonia Roma Music Services S.r.l. maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance covering all performances conducted in Italy Rome. The client is responsible for any damage to the venue or third-party property caused by the client's own actions or negligence during the event.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting service agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Musician's services in Italy Rome shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rome, Italy.

9. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations under this Quotation Estimate due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, pandemics, or civil unrest affecting the city of Italy Rome.
