- Validity: This Quotation Estimate for Musician services in Japan Osaka is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be adjusted due to changes in Musician availability, venue costs in Japan Osaka, or applicable tax regulations.
- Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (JPY 1,463,000) is due upon acceptance of this document. The remaining 50% balance shall be settled within fourteen (14) business days following the completion of all Musician performances in Japan Osaka.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of the Musician engagement by the client must be communicated in writing no fewer than twenty-one (21) days prior to the event date in Japan Osaka. Cancellations within 21 days will incur a 50% fee of the total Quotation Estimate. Cancellations within 7 days will incur a 100% fee.
- Musician Availability: The Musician named in this Quotation Estimate is confirmed for the specified dates in Japan Osaka. In the event of unforeseen illness or emergency, Kuroda Music & Arts Agency will provide a substitute Musician of equivalent caliber and experience at no additional cost to the client.
- Intellectual Property: All original compositions performed by the Musician during the Japan Osaka event remain the intellectual property of the Musician. The client receives a non-exclusive license to use the post-event recording for promotional purposes within the Japan Osaka metropolitan area for a period of twelve (12) months.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Quotation Estimate due to natural disasters, government mandates, or other events beyond reasonable control, particularly relevant to the Japan Osaka region given its exposure to seismic activity and typhoon seasons.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the Musician engagement in Japan Osaka shall be resolved through arbitration in Osaka, Japan.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Musician services to be delivered in Japan Osaka. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between the parties for the scope of work described herein.
