1. Purpose of This Quotation EstimateThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Noor Music & Entertainment Services to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a professional Musician and supporting ensemble for the annual corporate gala dinner of M/s. Shahzad Textile Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. The event is scheduled to be held at the Pearl Continental Hotel, Clifton, Pakistan Karachi, on the 28th of August 2025. This document serves as a formal proposal outlining all services, deliverables, associated costs, and contractual terms governing the engagement of the Musician and the full performance team.
2. Scope of ServicesThe Musician engagement under this Quotation Estimate encompasses the following deliverables for the event in Pakistan Karachi:
- Lead Musician (Vocalist & Harmonium Player) — 4 hours of live performance
- Supporting ensemble: 2 string players (Sitar & Tabla), 1 keyboardist, and 1 percussionist
- Pre-event sound check and stage setup (2 hours prior to performance)
- Two performance sets of 90 minutes each, with a 30-minute intermission
- Customized set list incorporating Sufi, classical, and contemporary Pakistani music
- On-site technical director and sound engineer for the duration of the event
- Rehearsal session on 26 August 2025 at the venue (3 hours)
- Post-event equipment breakdown and venue restoration

As per this Quotation Estimate, the payment structure for the Musician engagement in Pakistan Karachi shall be as follows:
- 50% Advance Payment (PKR 522,000) — Due within 7 working days of acceptance of this quotation to confirm the booking and secure the Musician’s schedule.
- 40% Second Installment (PKR 417,600) — Due 7 days prior to the event date (by 21 August 2025).
- 10% Final Balance (PKR 104,400) — Payable within 48 hours of successful event completion.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Al-Noor Music & Entertainment Services, Meezan Bank, Clifton Branch, Karachi, Pakistan. A valid tax invoice will be issued upon each payment receipt.
5. Terms & Conditions5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Pakistan Karachi.
5.2 The Musician and ensemble are entitled to a minimum of 90 minutes of uninterrupted performance time per set. Any extension beyond the contracted hours shall be billed at PKR 15,000 per additional hour per performer.
5.3 The client agrees to provide a suitable stage area (minimum 12 ft × 10 ft), adequate power supply (dedicated 16-amp circuits), and a secure green room for the Musician and team.
5.4 In the event of cancellation by the client, the following penalties apply: Cancellation more than 30 days prior — 25% of total; 15–30 days prior — 50% of total; Less than 15 days prior — 100% of the advance payment is non-refundable.
5.5 Force majeure events (natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or public health emergencies in Pakistan Karachi) shall exempt both parties from liability, and the engagement may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
5.6 All intellectual property rights to the custom arrangements and set list prepared for this event shall remain with Al-Noor Music & Entertainment Services. The client is granted a one-time performance license for the specified event only.
5.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and affixed their official seals. The governing law for any disputes shall be the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
Note: This Quotation Estimate is prepared specifically for the corporate gala event in Pakistan Karachi and is non-transferable. The Musician engagement is subject to availability confirmation. All rates are inclusive of the Musician’s professional fees, equipment, and logistics within Karachi city limits. Travel beyond Karachi (e.g., to nearby towns) will be quoted separately. 6. Acceptance & AuthorizationBy signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Musician services to be rendered in Pakistan Karachi.
