All Musician personnel are fully insured, professionally trained, and experienced in performing at prestigious venues across United Kingdom London, including the Royal Albert Hall, the Barbican Centre, and the London Palladium.

All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). VAT is applied at the current United Kingdom standard rate of 20%. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the validity period, a revised Quotation Estimate may be required to reflect any changes in Musician availability or market rates within United Kingdom London.
- A minimum deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount, being £4,515.00, is required to secure the Musician ensemble's availability. The remaining balance of fifty percent (50%) is due no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date.
- All payments shall be made by bank transfer to the company account of Harmony & Strings Music Services Ltd, or by cheque made payable to the company. Payment terms are governed by United Kingdom commercial law.
- The Musician ensemble shall arrive at the venue no later than ninety (90) minutes prior to the scheduled performance start time. The Musician members will require a dedicated green room or backstage area for preparation and rest between sets.
- The client agrees to provide all necessary venue access, power supply (minimum 16-amp circuits), and any technical infrastructure specified in the Musician technical rider. Failure to provide adequate facilities may result in additional charges as per a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- Cancellation by the client more than twenty-one (21) days before the event will incur a fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Quotation Estimate. Cancellation between fourteen (14) and twenty-one (21) days will incur fifty percent (50%). Cancellation within fourteen (14) days will incur one hundred percent (100%) of the total Quotation Estimate.
- Harmony & Strings Music Services Ltd holds full public liability insurance of £10,000,000 and professional indemnity insurance covering all Musician personnel. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
- All Musician personnel are employees of Harmony & Strings Music Services Ltd and are subject to United Kingdom employment law, including the National Minimum Wage Act 1998 and the Working Time Regulations 1998. No Musician member shall be required to work in excess of the hours specified in this Quotation Estimate without prior written agreement and additional compensation.
- This Quotation Estimate is subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in the courts of United Kingdom London, and the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Justice, London.
- The Musician ensemble reserves the right to decline performance in conditions that may pose a risk to the health or safety of the Musician members, in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate in full, including all terms and conditions set out herein. This Quotation Estimate, once accepted, constitutes a binding agreement between Harmony & Strings Music Services Ltd and the client for the provision of Musician services in United Kingdom London.
