This Quotation Estimate is issued by Harmony & Strings Entertainment Group, LLC, a registered entertainment services provider operating within the United States Los Angeles metropolitan area, to formally outline the projected costs, scope of work, and professional terms associated with the engagement of a Musician for the client's upcoming private gala and corporate reception. - Live performance by a certified and experienced Musician (classical violinist with jazz and contemporary repertoire) for a duration of four (4) hours, including a 30-minute intermission.
- Pre-event sound check and venue acoustics assessment at The Wiltern, United States Los Angeles, no less than two (2) hours prior to the scheduled performance time.
- Customized set list preparation in consultation with the client, incorporating at least twelve (12) original arrangements tailored to the event's theme and audience demographics.
- Provision of all necessary musical instruments, amplification equipment, and stage accessories required for the Musician's performance.
- Post-event recording of the live performance for the client's archival and promotional use, delivered in high-resolution audio format within five (5) business days.
- Travel and logistics coordination within the United States Los Angeles city limits, including parking, venue access, and green room setup.

4.1 Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated cost, amounting to $3,148.13, is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance of $3,148.12 shall be paid in full no later than seven (7) business days prior to the event date. Payment may be made via wire transfer, certified check, or approved corporate credit card.
4.2 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date shall result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days of the event date shall result in a charge of seventy-five percent (75%) of the total Quotation Estimate value. Cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours of the event date shall result in a full charge of the total estimated cost.
4.3 Musician Availability and Substitution: The specific Musician identified for this engagement is subject to prior booking commitments. In the unlikely event that the primary Musician is unavailable due to documented medical emergency or force majeure, Harmony & Strings Entertainment Group, LLC shall provide a substitute Musician of equal or superior caliber, subject to the client's written approval within forty-eight (48) hours of notification.
4.4 Venue Requirements: The client agrees to provide a suitable stage area of no less than 10 feet by 10 feet, adequate lighting, and a dedicated power outlet (110V) at the performance venue in United States Los Angeles. Failure to meet these requirements may result in an additional technical setup fee of $250.00.
4.5 Intellectual Property: All original compositions and arrangements prepared specifically for this engagement by the Musician shall remain the intellectual property of the Musician. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the post-event recording for internal corporate communications and promotional purposes for a period of two (2) years.
4.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, United States Los Angeles.
4.7 Insurance: The Musician and Harmony & Strings Entertainment Group, LLC maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance and performance cancellation insurance in accordance with the standards of the United States entertainment industry. Certificates of insurance shall be provided upon request.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Musician services in United States Los Angeles and agrees to the terms, conditions, and estimated costs outlined herein. This signature constitutes formal acceptance and authorizes Harmony & Strings Entertainment Group, LLC to proceed with the Musician engagement as described.
