• Studio recording sessions for commercial or personal projects, utilising the Musician's expertise in traditional Shona, Afro-jazz, gospel, or contemporary genres prevalent in Zimbabwe Harare.
• Composition and arrangement of original music tailored to the client's event theme or branding.
• Rehearsal sessions (up to two (2) full rehearsals) to ensure seamless delivery at the event venue in Zimbabwe Harare.
• Provision of the Musician's personal instruments (e.g., mbira, guitar, keyboard, or drum set) unless otherwise specified.
• On-site technical consultation regarding sound requirements at the venue.

* All rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) as per standard practice for professional Musician engagements in Zimbabwe Harare. Payment in Zimbabwe Dollars (ZWL) at the prevailing Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) rate on the day of payment is also acceptable.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Musician services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Zimbabwe Harare.
• A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the grand total is required to secure the Musician's availability and confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due within seven (7) days of the event.
• The Musician reserves the right to reschedule or cancel with a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours' written notice in the event of force majeure, severe weather, or public health emergencies affecting Zimbabwe Harare.
• Any additional hours beyond the agreed performance duration shall be billed at the hourly rate specified in this Quotation Estimate plus applicable VAT.
