This Quotation Estimate is issued by Andes Medical Care Solutions SpA to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the provision of qualified Nurse services to be deployed within the Chile Santiago metropolitan area. The purpose of this document is to outline the scope of work, staffing requirements, associated costs, and contractual terms governing the engagement. All figures presented in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Chilean Pesos (CLP) and are subject to the applicable Value Added Tax (IVA) of 19% as mandated by the Servicio de Impuestos Nacionales of Chile.

Andes Medical Care Solutions SpA proposes to supply a team of licensed and certified Nurse professionals to support the operational needs of Hospital San Rafael de Santiago. The Nurse personnel will be assigned to the following departments and shifts within the Chile Santiago healthcare network:

  • Intensive Care Unit (UCI): Two (2) specialized Nurse professionals with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in critical care, available for 24-hour coverage across three (3) shifts per day.
  • General Ward (Pabellón General): Four (4) registered Nurse professionals to manage patient monitoring, medication administration, wound care, and daily clinical assessments across a 120-bed ward.
  • Emergency Department (Urgencias): Three (3) Nurse professionals with advanced triage certification to support the high-volume emergency intake and stabilization protocols in Chile Santiago.
  • Pediatric Unit: Two (2) Nurse professionals with specialized training in pediatric care, neonatal resuscitation, and family-centered nursing practices.

All Nurse personnel will hold a valid license issued by the Superintendencia de Salud de Chile and will comply with the regulations established under the Ley General de Salud (Ley 20.584) and the applicable norms of the Colegio de Enfermeras de Chile. Each Nurse will undergo a background check, medical fitness examination, and mandatory vaccination verification prior to commencing duties in the Chile Santiago facility.

This Quotation Estimate covers an initial contract period of twelve (12) months, commencing on 1 August 2025 and concluding on 31 July 2026. Upon expiration, the agreement may be renewed for successive periods of six (6) months upon mutual written consent of both parties. Any renewal will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting updated market rates for Nurse labor in Chile Santiago, adjusted in accordance with the annual salary tables published by the Ministerio de Salud de Chile.

Invoices will be issued on the first business day of each month for the preceding service period. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the invoice date via electronic transfer (transferencia electrónica) to the bank account designated by Andes Medical Care Solutions SpA. Late payments will accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco Central de Chile for overdue commercial obligations. The client is required to issue a Factura Electrónica conforme to the DIAN/SII electronic invoicing standards of Chile.

  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
  • All Nurse personnel are employees of Andes Medical Care Solutions SpA and are not to be considered employees or agents of the client. The client shall not direct the internal management, scheduling, or disciplinary actions of the Nurse staff.
  • Andes Medical Care Solutions SpA shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance (seguro de responsabilidad civil profesional) covering all Nurse personnel at a minimum coverage of CLP 500,000,000 per occurrence, in compliance with Chilean healthcare regulations.
  • The client reserves the right to request the replacement of any Nurse professional who fails to meet the performance standards outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) annexed to the final contract. Replacement shall occur within five (5) business days at no additional cost.
  • All clinical data and patient information handled by the Nurse staff in Chile Santiago shall be protected in strict accordance with the Ley 19.628 sobre Protección de la Vida Privada and the data protection protocols of the Superintendencia de Salud.
  • Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies declared by the Ministerio de Salud de Chile, or government-mandated operational restrictions in Santiago, shall suspend obligations under this agreement without penalty to either party.
  • Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Santiago, Chile, in accordance with the rules of the Centro de Arbitraje y Mediación de la Cámara de Comercio de Santiago.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for Nurse services in Chile Santiago. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
