1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Beijing International Healthcare Staffing Co., Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the recruitment, placement, and ongoing professional support of a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to be deployed at the client's facility in China Beijing. The Nurse referenced in this document shall hold a valid nursing licence recognised by the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China, possess a minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in acute care, and demonstrate proficiency in Mandarin Chinese alongside professional English communication skills. All figures presented in this Quotation Estimate are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY / RMB) unless otherwise stated and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Section 6.
2. Scope of Nurse Services in China Beijing
The Nurse engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be assigned to the International Patient Services ward at the designated facility in China Beijing. The scope of duties includes, but is not limited to: direct patient assessment and care planning; administration of prescribed medications and intravenous therapies; wound management and post-operative monitoring; patient and family education in both Mandarin and English; coordination with multidisciplinary medical teams; documentation in the hospital's electronic health record system; and compliance with all regulatory standards set forth by the China Beijing Municipal Health Bureau. The Nurse will operate on a standard 24/7 rotation schedule with a maximum of 72 consecutive working hours followed by mandatory rest periods in accordance with Chinese labour law.

4. Payment Terms
Payment for the services detailed in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Beijing International Healthcare Staffing Co., Ltd. A 30% advance payment (CNY 160,273.50) is due upon execution of the service agreement. The remaining 70% shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, with payment due within fifteen (15) calendar days of invoice receipt. All payments are subject to applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate in China Beijing, which will be itemised separately on each invoice.
5. Validity & Acceptance
This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed, a formal written acceptance referencing Quotation Estimate No. QTE-BJ-2025-0417 must be returned to the undersigned within the validity period. Any changes to the scope of Nurse services, the service location within China Beijing, or the contract duration will necessitate a revised Quotation Estimate at no additional cost to the client.
6. Terms & Conditions
6.1 — The Nurse shall be bound by a standard employment contract governed by the Labour Contract Law of the People's Republic of China. All statutory benefits, including pension, medical, unemployment, work-injury, and maternity insurance, are included in the monthly professional fee.
6.2 — The client retains the right to request a replacement Nurse within fourteen (14) days of initial placement if the Nurse does not meet the agreed competency standards, at no additional recruitment cost.
6.3 — Early termination of the Nurse's assignment prior to the twelve-month term will incur a pro-rata administrative fee as specified in the master service agreement.
6.4 — All personal data of the Nurse and the client shall be handled in strict compliance with the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) of the People's Republic of China and the data protection regulations applicable in China Beijing.
6.5 — This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the definitive service agreement in writing.
7. Acceptance & Signatures
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the Nurse services to be delivered in China Beijing.
