The Nurse services described in this Quotation Estimate are designed to meet the specific healthcare needs of the client residing in the Egypt Cairo area. The assigned Nurse will hold a valid Egyptian nursing license, a minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience, and proficiency in both Arabic and English to ensure seamless communication with the patient and family members. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to:

• Daily vital signs monitoring (blood pressure, temperature, oxygen saturation, heart rate) performed by the Nurse at the client's residence in Egypt Cairo.
• Medication administration, including oral, subcutaneous, and intravenous injections, as prescribed by the attending physician.
• Wound care, dressing changes, and post-surgical monitoring conducted by the Nurse in compliance with Egyptian healthcare protocols.
• Assistance with mobility, personal hygiene, and daily living activities for elderly or post-operative patients in the Egypt Cairo home setting.
• Preparation and submission of daily nursing reports to the supervising physician and the client's family.
• Emergency response coordination with local Egypt Cairo hospitals (including El Qanater General Hospital, As-Salam International Hospital, and Dar Al Fouad Hospital) in the event of a medical crisis.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Nurse service rates and Egypt Cairo operational costs may be subject to revision.
2. Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% due at the end of the first month of Nurse service delivery in Egypt Cairo.
3. The Nurse assigned to this engagement will be a full-time employee of Nile Delta Healthcare Solutions S.A.E. and will be bound by a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement in compliance with Egyptian data protection laws.
4. Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in Section 2 of this Quotation Estimate will be billed separately at the standard Egypt Cairo hourly rate of EGP 250 per hour for the Nurse.
5. The client reserves the right to request a replacement Nurse within 48 hours if the assigned Nurse does not meet the agreed-upon service standards. No additional fee will apply for a single replacement.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a medical diagnosis or treatment plan. All clinical decisions regarding the patient's care will be made under the supervision of a licensed physician registered with the Egyptian Medical Syndicate.
7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-mandated lockdowns in Egypt Cairo, may temporarily suspend Nurse service delivery without penalty to either party.
8. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt, in accordance with Egyptian civil law.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Nurse services in Egypt Cairo and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. The Nurse engagement shall commence within five (5) business days of written confirmation and receipt of the advance payment.
