2. Scope of Services – Nurse Deployment in Iran Tehran
This Quotation Estimate is prepared specifically for the provision of qualified Nurse services to be delivered within the metropolitan area of Iran Tehran. Persian Care Medical Services Co., Ltd. is a licensed healthcare staffing agency operating under the supervision of the Tehran University of Medical Sciences and the Iranian Ministry of Health and Medical Education. All Nurse personnel assigned under this quotation hold valid Iranian nursing licenses (Fanoos-e Tishri) and have completed a minimum of three years of clinical experience in hospitals or outpatient facilities located in Iran Tehran.
The services outlined in this Quotation Estimate cover in-home patient care, post-surgical recovery support, chronic disease management, medication administration, wound care, vital sign monitoring, and emergency response coordination. All Nurse assignments will be conducted in compliance with the regulations set forth by the Tehran Provincial Health Department and the Iranian Nursing Association. The Nurse personnel will be stationed at the client's designated address in Tehran and will operate on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule as specified below.

4. Terms and Conditions
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all pricing for Nurse services in Iran Tehran is subject to revision based on prevailing labor market conditions and inflation indices published by the Iranian Statistics Center.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation, 35% due at the midpoint of the service period, and the remaining 25% within seven (7) business days of service completion. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Persian Care Medical Services Co., Ltd., Bank Melli, Tehran Branch.
- Nurse Qualifications: Every Nurse assigned under this contract must hold a minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited Iranian university, a valid practice license issued by the Iranian Ministry of Health, and a clean criminal background check conducted by the Tehran Police Headquarters. Additional certifications in emergency care (ACLS, BLS) are mandatory for all Nurse personnel.
- Working Hours & Shifts: The Nurse staff will operate on a 12-hour shift rotation (07:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00) with a minimum of two (2) nurses present at all times at the client's residence in Tehran. Overtime beyond the contracted hours will be billed at 1.5× the standard rate.
- Insurance & Liability: Persian Care Medical Services Co., Ltd. maintains comprehensive professional liability insurance covering all Nurse personnel operating in Iran Tehran. The policy, issued by Iran Insurance Company (Bimeh Iran), covers a minimum of 500,000,000 IRR per incident. A copy of the policy certificate is available upon request.
- Confidentiality: All patient medical records, personal data, and operational details shared under this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent service agreement are subject to the Iranian Personal Data Protection Law (1398) and the professional confidentiality code of the Iranian Nursing Association.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of fourteen (14) calendar days. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all Nurse service fees accrued up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative penalty.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service contract shall be resolved through mediation by the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture. If mediation fails, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Tehran, Iran.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns in Iran Tehran, or public health emergencies declared by the Iranian Ministry of Health.
5. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate has been reviewed in its entirety and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the provision of Nurse services in Iran Tehran. This document, once countersigned by both parties, constitutes a binding preliminary agreement pending the execution of the full Service Level Agreement (SLA).
