This Quotation Estimate is prepared in response to the formal request submitted by Abidjan Corporate Wellness Group SARL for the provision of qualified Nurse services to be delivered on-site and in designated healthcare facilities within the greater Ivory Coast Abidjan metropolitan area. The scope encompasses the recruitment, deployment, supervision, and ongoing management of registered professional nurses to support the client's corporate health and wellness programme for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing on 1 August 2025.
The Nurse personnel assigned under this engagement will hold valid licences issued by the Ivorian Ministry of Health (Ministère de la Santé et de l'Hygiène Publique) and will possess a minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in occupational health, emergency response, and preventive care. All nurses will be fluent in French and possess working proficiency in English to ensure seamless communication with the client's multinational workforce.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly instalments, due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. A mobilisation advance of 20% of the total contract value is required prior to the commencement of Nurse deployment. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of MediCare International Health Services, Bank: Ecobank CI, Account: 00012-45678901-23, SWIFT: ECOBCIAB.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices and availability of Nurse personnel are subject to revision.
- MediCare International Health Services reserves the right to substitute any individual Nurse with a qualified equivalent of equal or higher seniority, provided the client is notified in writing at least seven (7) days in advance.
- All Nurse personnel shall be bound by strict confidentiality agreements (NDA) covering all client data, employee health records, and proprietary information encountered during service delivery in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
- The client shall provide a suitable, air-conditioned workspace, basic medical equipment, and secure storage for pharmaceuticals at each designated Nurse station.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, epidemics, or government-mandated lockdowns in Ivory Coast, shall suspend contractual obligations without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent commercial courts of Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate shall be indicated by the client's written signature and return of this document within the validity period.
- All Nurse services shall comply with the Ivorian Labour Code (Code du Travail de Côte d'Ivoire), the Ordinance No. 2017-1042 on the nursing profession, and all applicable public health regulations in force in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
