1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is issued by MediCare Professional Nursing Services Ltd. to provide St. Mary's Community Health Centre with a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the deployment of qualified Nurse professionals for inpatient and outpatient care services within the Kenya Nairobi metropolitan area. This document serves as a formal proposal outlining the scope of nursing services, associated fees, and contractual terms governing the engagement. All pricing in this Quotation Estimate is denominated in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and reflects current market rates for licensed Nurse practitioners operating in Kenya Nairobi as of the second quarter of 2025.

2. Scope of Nurse Services

The following Nurse services are included in this Quotation Estimate for delivery at the client's facility located in Kenya Nairobi:

  • Deployment of two (2) Registered Nurses (RN) with a minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in general and critical care nursing.
  • Deployment of one (1) Enrolled Nurse (EN) specializing in pediatric and maternal health care.
  • Provision of a Nurse-in-Charge to oversee daily ward operations, medication administration, and patient monitoring protocols.
  • 24/7 shift coverage across three (3) rotating shifts (07:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00, 23:00–07:00) at the Kenya Nairobi facility.
  • Administration of prescribed medications, wound care, IV therapy, vital signs monitoring, and patient education.
  • Assistance with surgical preparation, post-operative recovery monitoring, and discharge planning.
  • Monthly submission of nursing care reports and patient outcome documentation to the facility's medical director.

4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to market fluctuations in Kenya Nairobi.
  2. All Nurse personnel deployed under this agreement shall hold valid practicing certificates issued by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Kenya (NMCK) and shall maintain professional indemnity insurance throughout the engagement.
  3. Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon signing of the service agreement, with the remaining 50% due within fourteen (14) days of the completion of the monthly service period.
  4. The client shall provide a safe working environment, access to medical records, and necessary clinical equipment at the Kenya Nairobi facility. MediCare shall supply all Nurse-specific clinical tools and personal protective equipment.
  5. Any additional Nurse staff requested beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed at the prevailing daily rates and require a written amendment to this document.
  6. Either party may terminate the engagement with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In such cases, pro-rated charges for services rendered up to the termination date shall apply.
  7. All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Kenya Nairobi in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
  8. Confidentiality: All patient data and clinical information accessed by Nurse staff during the engagement shall be treated in strict confidence in compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
5. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the provision of Nurse services in Kenya Nairobi.
