The Nurse will be assigned on a full-time basis (8 hours per day, 6 days per week) to deliver comprehensive patient care, medication management, wound dressing, vital sign monitoring, and general health assistance to the client's elderly family member residing in Kuwait City. All services will be conducted in strict compliance with the regulations set forth by the Kuwait Ministry of Health and the Kuwait Public Authority for Manpower (PAM).

The Nurse assigned under this Quotation Estimate must hold a minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution, possess a valid nursing license recognized by the Kuwait Ministry of Health, and demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification clinical experience in geriatric or general patient care. The Nurse must be proficient in English and Arabic to ensure seamless communication with the client's family and any local medical professionals in Kuwait, Kuwait City. A clean criminal background check and a valid medical fitness certificate are mandatory prior to commencing duties.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in regulatory fees or market conditions in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
• Payment terms: 50% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% is payable in equal monthly installments over the twelve-month service period.
• All payments shall be made in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to the company's designated account at National Bank of Kuwait, Kuwait City branch.
• The Nurse's employment contract shall be governed by the Kuwait Labour Law and the regulations of the Public Authority for Manpower. MedCare Professional Nursing Services LLC shall act as the legal employer of record for the Nurse.
• Any additional services beyond the scope defined herein (e.g., extended hours, specialized procedures, or relocation within Kuwait City) will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately.
• The client agrees to provide a suitable, private room for the Nurse's accommodation within the residence in Kuwait City, including basic furnishings and utilities.
• Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata refund of unused monthly fees will be processed within fourteen (14) business days.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally signed and stamped by both parties.
