1. Purpose of This Quotation EstimateThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Capital Care Nursing Services (Pvt.) Ltd. to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the deployment of qualified and registered Nurse professionals to serve residential, institutional, or corporate clients within the metropolitan area of Pakistan Islamabad. This document serves as a formal, non-binding estimate of all anticipated charges associated with the requested nursing services. The figures presented herein are based on current market rates in Islamabad as of the date of issuance and are subject to revision in accordance with the terms outlined in Section 7 of this Quotation Estimate.
2. Scope of Nurse ServicesThe following Nurse services are included in this Quotation Estimate for delivery within the boundaries of Pakistan Islamabad, including but not limited to the sectors of F-6, F-7, F-8, G-5, G-6, G-9, G-10, DHA, Bahria Town, and the surrounding Rawalpindi-Islamabad twin-city corridor:
- 24-hour live-in or live-out registered Nurse care (PMDC-registered)
- Medication administration, wound dressing, and IV therapy management
- Vital signs monitoring, catheter care, and post-surgical recovery support
- Geriatric and palliative care for elderly patients residing in Islamabad
- Maternity and postnatal Nurse assistance for new mothers
- Chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, COPD) with regular follow-up
- Emergency response coordination with major Islamabad hospitals (Shifa, Jinnah, PIMS)

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via bank transfer to the designated account of Capital Care Nursing Services (Pvt.) Ltd., Islamabad. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking and initiate the Nurse recruitment and onboarding process. The remaining 50% shall be payable in monthly installments on the 5th of each calendar month. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per standard commercial practice in Pakistan.
5. Nurse Qualifications & ComplianceAll Nurse professionals deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a valid registration with the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC) and possess a minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from a recognized institution in Pakistan. Each Nurse shall undergo a comprehensive background verification, health screening, and a minimum of 40 hours of in-house orientation specific to the client's care requirements before commencing duties in Islamabad. Our organization maintains full compliance with the Pakistan Nursing Council regulations and all applicable labor laws of the Islamabad Capital Territory.
6. Validity & AcceptanceThis Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon acceptance, the client shall sign and return a copy of this document along with the advance payment. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes agreement to all terms, conditions, and service-level standards described herein. Any modifications to the scope of Nurse services, duration, or location within Pakistan Islamabad must be communicated in writing and will result in a revised Quotation Estimate.
7. Terms & Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is a good-faith estimate and does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties.
- All Nurse personnel are employees of Capital Care Nursing Services (Pvt.) Ltd. and not agents or representatives of the client.
- The client shall provide a safe, hygienic, and suitable working environment for the Nurse at the designated location in Islamabad.
- Service may be terminated by either party with a written notice of fourteen (14) days. In such cases, a pro-rata adjustment shall be applied to the final invoice.
- Capital Care Nursing Services (Pvt.) Ltd. shall not be liable for any medical outcomes, diagnoses, or treatment decisions made by the attending physician. The Nurse acts under the direction of the client's designated doctor.
- All personal health data of the patient shall be treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with the Pakistan Data Protection (Privacy) Ordinance, 2023.
- Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which it shall be referred to the competent courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, or public health emergencies affecting Islamabad, shall exempt both parties from performance obligations for the duration of such event.
