MedCare International Staffing Solutions shall provide the following Nurse services to the client facility in Saudi Arabia Jeddah:

• Recruitment and screening of licensed Nurse candidates (both male and female) meeting the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration requirements.
• Arrangement of all necessary work visas, residency permits (Iqama), and medical fitness examinations for each Nurse deployed to Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
• Provision of accommodation, local transportation, and initial orientation for the Nurse upon arrival in Jeddah.
• Ongoing payroll management, statutory social insurance contributions, and compliance with the Saudi Labor Law for all Nurse personnel.
• Continuous professional development support, including SCFHS license renewal and mandatory continuing education credits for the Nurse.
• 24/7 HR support and replacement guarantee within fourteen (14) days should a Nurse resign or be unable to continue service in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.

The total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be paid by the client to MedCare International Staffing Solutions via bank transfer to the designated corporate account in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The payment schedule is structured as follows:

• 30% advance payment (SAR 648,324) due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, to initiate the Nurse recruitment and visa processing pipeline.
• 40% milestone payment (SAR 864,432) due upon confirmed arrival and onboarding of all Nurse personnel at the client facility in Jeddah.
• 30% final payment (SAR 648,324) due within thirty (30) days of the completion of the twelve-month service period.

All payments are denominated in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with commercial practice in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.

• This Quotation Estimate is non-binding until countersigned by both parties. Upon signature, it constitutes a binding service agreement for the provision of Nurse staffing in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
• All Nurse candidates shall hold a valid Bachelor's degree in Nursing, a minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification clinical experience, and a current license or eligibility for SCFHS registration.
• MedCare International Staffing Solutions shall bear full responsibility for the legal compliance of each Nurse's employment status under the Saudi Labor Law (Royal Decree No. M/51) and the regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
• The client reserves the right to request a replacement Nurse within fourteen (14) days of a performance concern, subject to a written performance evaluation. MedCare shall provide a qualified replacement Nurse at no additional cost.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated travel restrictions affecting entry into Saudi Arabia Jeddah, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
• Confidentiality: All patient data, hospital protocols, and proprietary information encountered by the Nurse staff during service in Saudi Arabia Jeddah shall remain strictly confidential and subject to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) regulations.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).
