We supply qualified, HPCSA-registered Nurse professionals to private residences, corporate offices, medical facilities, and event venues throughout the Cape Town region. The Nurse services detailed in this Quotation Estimate include but are not limited to: patient assessment and monitoring, medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, post-operative care, chronic disease management, health education, and emergency first response. All Nurse personnel deployed under this Quotation Estimate hold valid South African nursing qualifications and are registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).

1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Nurse services in South Africa Cape Town will be required.
2. Payment Terms: Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date. A 10% deposit is required to confirm the booking and secure the Nurse personnel. The balance is payable in monthly instalments aligned with the service delivery schedule. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as per South African National Credit Act regulations.
3. Service Delivery: All Nurse services will be delivered in accordance with South African healthcare standards and HPCSA professional codes of conduct. The Nurse assigned to this engagement will undergo a background check, medical clearance, and competency verification prior to commencing duties in the Cape Town service area.
4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of scheduled Nurse shifts must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the scheduled rate. Full-day cancellations with less than 4 hours' notice will be charged in full.
5. Substitution: Cape Town Care Professionals (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to substitute the assigned Nurse with a qualified equivalent of the same or higher registration level, provided the client is notified at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled shift.
6. Insurance and Liability: All Nurse personnel are covered under our professional indemnity insurance policy (Policy No: PI-CT-2025-0091) with a cover limit of R 5,000,000. The client acknowledges that Cape Town Care Professionals (Pty) Ltd is not liable for pre-existing medical conditions of patients unless specifically contracted for in a separate addendum to this Quotation Estimate.
7. Confidentiality: All Nurse personnel are bound by strict confidentiality agreements in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa. Patient records and personal data collected during service delivery in Cape Town will be stored securely and disposed of in accordance with applicable legislation.
8. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cape Town, Western Cape.
