The above Quotation Estimate reflects the standard rates for Occupational Therapist services in Iraq Baghdad as of June 2025. All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are equivalent to the prevailing exchange rate in the Iraqi Dinar (IQD) at the time of payment. Travel expenses within the Baghdad metropolitan area are included in the quoted rates. For clients located in outlying districts of Baghdad or neighboring governorates, a supplementary travel surcharge of $15.00 per visit may apply, which will be communicated prior to scheduling.
Our Occupational Therapists hold valid licenses issued by the Iraqi Ministry of Health and are members of the Iraqi Occupational Therapy Association. All practitioners have a minimum of five years of clinical experience and have completed continuing education certifications in pediatric, adult, and geriatric occupational therapy. The services outlined in this Quotation Estimate are delivered in a fully equipped therapy facility located in Al-Mansour, Baghdad, as well as at the client's residence upon request.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Iraq Baghdad.
- Payment terms: A 50% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Occupational Therapist's schedule. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the full treatment program.
- All sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will incur a 50% fee of the session cost.
- The Occupational Therapist reserves the right to modify the treatment plan based on clinical progress. Any additional sessions beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the standard per-session rate.
- Confidentiality of all client medical records and personal information is maintained in strict accordance with Iraqi healthcare privacy regulations and international ethical standards.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally signed and countersigned by both parties. Upon acceptance, a formal Service Agreement will be executed.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-mandated closures in Iraq Baghdad, may result in temporary suspension of services without penalty to either party.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disagreement, matters shall be referred to the competent courts in Baghdad, Iraq.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Occupational Therapist services in Iraq Baghdad and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. The undersigned authorizes Al-Rafidain Rehabilitation & Therapy Center to proceed with the engagement of the Occupational Therapist as described in this document.
