2. Scope of Occupational Therapist Services

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Nairobi Integrated Rehabilitation & Therapy Centre to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of professional Occupational Therapist services to be delivered within the Kenya Nairobi metropolitan area. Our team of licensed and registered Occupational Therapists, all certified by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC), will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programmes tailored to the specific functional needs of the client or patient.

The scope of services covered under this Quotation Estimate includes, but is not limited to: initial comprehensive occupational therapy assessment; development of a personalized treatment plan; hands-on therapeutic interventions targeting fine motor skills, sensory integration, cognitive rehabilitation, and daily living activities; adaptive equipment assessment and recommendation; caregiver and family training sessions; progress monitoring and periodic re-evaluation; and written clinical reports for insurance or institutional purposes. All services will be conducted in compliance with the Kenya Health Act (2017) and the standards set forth by the Kenya Occupational Therapy Association.

Note: All prices in this Quotation Estimate are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of all Occupational Therapist professional fees, clinical materials, and standard equipment usage. Travel charges for home visits beyond 15 km from the Westlands, Kenya Nairobi clinic base will be billed separately at KES 80 per kilometre. 4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Kenya Nairobi.
Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% shall be payable in two equal monthly instalments at the midpoint and conclusion of the 12-week therapy programme.
All Occupational Therapist sessions are subject to a 48-hour cancellation notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% session fee.
The Occupational Therapist assigned to this engagement will be a KMPDC-registered practitioner with a minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification clinical experience in Kenya Nairobi.
Client confidentiality is strictly maintained in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019). All clinical records and reports will be stored securely and shared only with authorized parties.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties. Upon acceptance, a formal Service Agreement will be executed.
Any additional services beyond the scope outlined herein will require a supplementary Quotation Estimate and written client approval before commencement.
Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Kenya Nairobi, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

5. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Occupational Therapist services to be provided in Kenya Nairobi. The client confirms that all information provided is accurate and authorizes Nairobi Integrated Rehabilitation & Therapy Centre to commence the outlined therapy programme upon receipt of the advance payment.
