1. Scope of Work and Description
This Quotation Estimate is issued by MarineTech Solutions International Co., Ltd. for the supply, calibration, deployment, and technical support of a complete Oceanographer instrument suite and associated marine survey services to be utilized in the coastal and nearshore waters surrounding Yangon, Myanmar. The Oceanographer system referenced herein is a multi-parameter oceanographic profiling platform designed for continuous water column measurement, including temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, chlorophyll-a fluorescence, and current velocity. The deployment will support the Department's ongoing coastal monitoring programme along the Yangon shoreline, the Irrawaddy estuary, and the outer continental shelf of the Andaman Sea. All equipment and services described in this Quotation Estimate are specifically tailored to the tropical marine environment of Myanmar Yangon, accounting for monsoon seasonal variations, high sediment loads from the Irrawaddy River, and the operational requirements of local research vessels.

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Payment will be processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) at the Central Bank of Myanmar's official exchange rate on the date of invoice issuance. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue.
4. Terms and Conditions
4.1. This Quotation Estimate is a firm offer for the supply and deployment of the Oceanographer instrument suite and associated services as described above, specifically for use in the Myanmar Yangon coastal and marine environment.
4.2. Delivery of all Oceanographer equipment to the designated site in Yangon shall be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days of receipt of a signed Purchase Order and 40% advance payment.
4.3. Payment terms: 40% advance upon order confirmation; 40% upon delivery and commissioning of the Oceanographer system in Yangon; 20% upon successful completion of the 30-day operational support period.
4.4. All Oceanographer instruments are warranted for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of commissioning in Myanmar Yangon. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes damage caused by monsoon-related extreme weather events, improper handling, or unauthorized modification.
4.5. The client shall provide suitable research vessel access, port berthing, and local logistical support at Yangon and Thilawa during the deployment and training phases.
4.6. This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for additional survey cruises beyond the initial 30-day support period. Any extended Oceanographer deployment shall be subject to a separate supplementary quotation.
4.7. All data collected by the Oceanographer system in Myanmar Yangon waters shall remain the sole property of the client. MarineTech Solutions International shall not reproduce, publish, or distribute any oceanographic data without written consent.
4.8. Governing law: This Quotation Estimate shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Yangon under the Myanmar Arbitration Centre.
5. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Oceanographer system and services to be deployed in Myanmar Yangon. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon countersignature by both parties.
