This Quotation Estimate is issued by Thai Pacific Oceanographic Research Institute (TPORI) to provide comprehensive Oceanographer professional services for the Chao Phraya River estuary and the adjacent Gulf of Thailand coastal zone within the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan area. The engagement covers a full-cycle oceanographic survey programme including hydrographic data collection, water quality sampling, sediment analysis, and the preparation of a final technical report in accordance with the Thai Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MNRE) standards and ISO 19897 guidelines.

The designated Oceanographer team, led by a Senior Principal Oceanographer with over fifteen years of experience in tropical coastal and estuarine environments, will be deployed to the Thailand Bangkok operational area for a duration of twelve (12) weeks commencing from the date of contract execution. All fieldwork will be conducted in compliance with Thai maritime regulations, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) environmental permits, and international oceanographic best practices as defined by the International Council for Science (ICSU).

Payment shall be made in Thai Baht (THB) via bank transfer to the TPORI account at Kasikornbank, Bangkok branch. The schedule is as follows: 30% advance upon signing of the contract, 40% upon completion of fieldwork in the Thailand Bangkok operational zone, and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final Oceanographer technical report. All invoices are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision after the validity period due to fluctuating fuel costs, equipment rental rates, and Thai labour market conditions.
All Oceanographer personnel assigned to this project in Thailand Bangkok shall hold valid Thai work permits where applicable and shall comply with all local occupational health and safety regulations.
The Oceanographer team shall submit weekly progress reports to the Bangkok Metropolitan Water Quality Authority and shall conduct a mid-project review meeting at the TPORI Bangkok office.
Any change in scope, additional survey stations, or extended deployment beyond the twelve-week period in Thailand Bangkok shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and written client approval.
All raw and processed oceanographic data collected during this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment. TPORI retains the right to use anonymised data for academic publication with prior written consent.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and shall be resolved through arbitration at the Thai Arbitration Institute in Bangkok.

Note: This Quotation Estimate for Oceanographer services in Thailand Bangkok assumes normal monsoon-season operating conditions. In the event of severe weather (Category 3 or higher tropical storms affecting the Gulf of Thailand), fieldwork may be suspended, and the project timeline will be extended accordingly at no additional cost to the client.
