Terms & Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate issued by Oceanographer Marine & Scientific Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Any order placed after the expiry date is subject to re-pricing.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% upon shipment confirmation; 10% upon successful delivery, installation, and commissioning at the designated site in Zimbabwe Harare.
- All equipment supplied under this Quotation Estimate carries a minimum two-year manufacturer's warranty. Oceanographer will coordinate all warranty claims and provide replacement parts from its Harare warehouse within fourteen (14) business days.
- Delivery and installation are scheduled within eight (8) weeks of receipt of the advance payment. Oceanographer assumes responsibility for all logistics, customs clearance, and ZIMRA compliance within Zimbabwe Harare and the surrounding provinces.
- The on-site training workshop in Harare will be conducted by qualified Oceanographer engineers. A minimum of eight (8) participants from the client institution may attend at no additional cost.
- Any changes to the scope of supply after acceptance of this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a formal variation order and may affect the total cost and delivery timeline.
- All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Where payment is made in Zimbabwe Gold (ZiG), the exchange rate shall be the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) reference rate on the date of invoice.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order is issued by the client and countersigned by Oceanographer Marine & Scientific Solutions (Pvt) Ltd.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe, with jurisdiction in the High Court of Harare.
