- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any services not commenced within this validity window will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current Ophthalmologist fee schedules in Qatar Doha.
- All prices are quoted in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and are inclusive of standard consumables, operating theatre time, and anesthesia fees unless otherwise stated. Additional specialized materials or extended hospital stays will be billed separately with prior written consent.
- The Ophthalmologist team at Doha Vision Care Center adheres to the clinical guidelines established by the Qatar Ministry of Public Health and the International Council of Ophthalmology. All surgical procedures will be conducted in a fully accredited facility in Doha, Qatar.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% is due within fourteen (14) days of service completion. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month.
- Cancellations by the client must be communicated in writing at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 72 hours will be subject to a 25% fee of the scheduled procedure cost.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The final service agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
- Confidentiality: All patient data and medical records handled by the Ophthalmologist team in Qatar Doha are protected under Qatar's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016). No information will be disclosed to third parties without explicit written consent.
- Warranty: All surgical procedures carry a clinical follow-up warranty of ninety (90) days. Any complications arising within this period will be addressed at no additional cost by the treating Ophthalmologist.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or public health emergencies in Qatar Doha.
- This Quotation Estimate is the property of Doha Vision Care Center and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any purpose other than the evaluation of the proposed Ophthalmologist services without prior written authorization.
