The Paramedic services detailed in this Quotation Estimate encompass a full range of clinical interventions delivered by registered Paramedics holding current National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) accreditation and Queensland Health registration. Services are tailored to meet the operational requirements of the client within Australia Brisbane and include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Emergency Medical Response: Dispatch of a two-person Paramedic crew (one Senior Paramedic and one Paramedic) to respond to medical emergencies, trauma incidents, and critical care transport requests across the Brisbane metropolitan area, including the CBD, inner suburbs, and outer regions such as Ipswich, Redlands, and Moreton Bay.
• Critical Care Transport: Provision of fully equipped Paramedic transport vehicles (Type 1 Ambulance) for inter-hospital transfers, including transfers between Brisbane Hospital, The Prince Charles Hospital, and Queensland Children's Hospital.
• On-Site Medical Cover: Deployment of a dedicated Paramedic team for large-scale events, corporate functions, construction sites, and sporting events held within Australia Brisbane, providing continuous clinical monitoring and emergency intervention capability.
• Non-Emergency Patient Transport: Scheduled Paramedic-assisted transport for patients requiring medical supervision during travel, including dialysis patients, post-surgical patients, and those with complex respiratory conditions.
• Health Assessment & Clinical Reporting: Paramedic-led health assessments, wound care management, medication administration, and the preparation of detailed clinical reports for medico-legal, insurance, or occupational health purposes.

All Paramedic services referenced in this Quotation Estimate shall be delivered in strict compliance with the Ambulance Service Act 1991 (Qld), the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law as applied in Queensland, and the operational standards set by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Each Paramedic deployed under this engagement will hold a minimum of five (5) years of post-registration clinical experience in emergency and critical care medicine. All vehicles and clinical equipment will be maintained to the standards prescribed by the Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) and the Australian Ambulance Association.

Response times for emergency Paramedic callouts within the Brisbane metropolitan area shall not exceed fifteen (15) minutes from the time of dispatch. 1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any Paramedic services not commenced within this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates and availability.
2. Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate value is due upon acceptance and execution of the service agreement. The remaining 50% shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, with payment due within fourteen (14) business days of invoice date.
3. All Paramedic services are subject to the availability of qualified personnel. In the event of a Paramedic being unavailable due to illness, leave, or operational reassignment, Brisbane Advanced Paramedic Services Pty Ltd will deploy a suitably qualified replacement Paramedic of equivalent or higher grade at no additional cost to the client.
4. Cancellation of scheduled Paramedic services must be provided in writing no less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service rate. Emergency cancellations due to force majeure events (including severe weather warnings issued by the Bureau of Meteorology for the Brisbane region) will be exempt from cancellation fees.
5. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Upon acceptance, a formal Service Agreement incorporating the terms of this Quotation Estimate will be executed.
6. All Paramedic services are covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance (minimum $20,000,000) and Public Liability Insurance (minimum $20,000,000) held by Brisbane Advanced Paramedic Services Pty Ltd. Certificates of insurance will be provided to the client upon request.
7. Any variation to the scope of Paramedic services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to implementation. Variations will be priced at the rates specified herein or, where no rate is specified, at the prevailing standard rates published by the provider.
8. Governing law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting Service Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Queensland Small Claims Commission or the Supreme Court of Queensland, Brisbane, as appropriate.
