This Quotation Estimate is issued by Melbourne Advanced Paramedic Services Pty Ltd in response to the request for contracted Paramedic services across the metropolitan region of Australia Melbourne. The scope encompasses the provision of fully accredited, AHPRA-registered Paramedic personnel, equipped emergency response vehicles, and comprehensive emergency medical care in accordance with the Victorian Ambulance Service Standards and the National Ambulance Service Standards (NASS) as adopted by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
The Paramedic services outlined in this Quotation Estimate are designed to support the ongoing operational requirements of the client within the Greater Melbourne area, including but not limited to the CBD, inner suburbs, and designated rural-urban fringe zones. All Paramedic personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate will hold current Australian Paramedic registration, valid first-aid and advanced life support certifications, and will have completed the mandatory Victoria-specific emergency response training protocols.

- This Quotation Estimate for Paramedic services is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing by Melbourne Advanced Paramedic Services Pty Ltd.
- All Paramedic personnel assigned under this Quotation Estimate will hold current registration with the Paramedic Board of Australia and New Zealand (AHPRA) and will maintain valid professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of AUD $10,000,000 per claim.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate value is due upon contract execution; the remaining 50% is payable in equal monthly instalments over the twelve-month service period. Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days of issue in accordance with Australian commercial practice.
- All Paramedic services will be delivered in strict compliance with the Victorian Ambulance Service Standards, the National Ambulance Service Standards, and all applicable legislation of the State of Victoria, Australia, including the Emergency Services Act 1986 (Vic).
- Any additional Paramedic callouts, extended event coverage, or critical care retrievals beyond the quantities specified in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the prevailing hourly or per-callout rates as agreed in the master service agreement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any Paramedic services in Australia Melbourne.
- All personal health information collected during the provision of Paramedic services will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic).
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Paramedic service delivery will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Victoria, Melbourne.
