- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Beyond this period, pricing for Paramedic services may be subject to revision based on market conditions, fuel surcharges, or regulatory changes within the Province of Ontario.
- All Paramedic personnel deployed under this estimate hold current certification from the Ontario College of Paramedics (OCP) and maintain valid Advanced Paramedic (ALS) or Critical Care Paramedic (CCP) credentials as required by the client's operational scope.
- Services will be rendered within the Canada Toronto municipal boundaries and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including the City of Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, and surrounding communities. Travel beyond the GTA will be billed at an additional rate of $1.50 per kilometre.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; remaining 50% due within fourteen (14) days of service completion. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge as per Ontario commercial lending standards.
- All Paramedic services are governed by the Health Professions Act (2004) of Ontario and the applicable regulations of the Ontario College of Paramedics. The service provider carries a minimum of $5,000,000 in professional liability insurance.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any Paramedic operations in Canada Toronto.
- Any modifications, cancellations, or rescheduling of Paramedic services must be communicated in writing no fewer than forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will be subject to a 25% fee of the estimated service value.
- All data collected during Paramedic medical assessments or transport services will be handled in strict compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Ontario's Health Information Protection Act (HIPA).
